Location

This apartment hotel is located at the edge of a cliff, overlooking the volcano. It is only 300 m from the centre of the island and the capital Fira. Directly across from the hotel, and very close, the volcano emerges from the sea, and in the background is the island of Thirassia. Stretching further out to the right is the traditional town of Oia and some distance to the left, the southern tip of Santorini. Kamari Beach is approximately 13 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 19 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.     We stayed here for one night before flying out. Rooms were bigger than average and very clean. The rooms were ready early, which was great! Pool was nice as well. Breakfast for a fee with many options. The front desk gave us a bottle of water when we ran out. Great staff. Highly recommend!

    We chose to stay here for one night on arriving in Santorini before departing on a ferry the next day. Location was perfect - 5 minute drive from airport and 10 mins from port (if the port isn’t gridlocked/busy) Short walk into Fira. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast adequate. The bed was super comfy and the staff extremely helpful. We decided to book for our return one night stay too, very good value for money comparing to other available costs in Santorini

    Hidden Gem in Fira

    We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was amazingly comfortable.The person at reception Luka was very polite and helped us with information regarding the places to visit and things to do.The hotel is centrally located, we walked to the main square in Fira every night. It was a 10 min walk. The view from outside the hotel was amazing. There was daily breakfast included with the stay.We were family of 4 and got a 2 bedroom family room and it was very comfortable.The hotel is reasonably priced. Kids enjoyed the pool and drinks at the pool bar were nice.

    The room had a damp smell The room was dirty, there were hairs everywhere, in the bathroom and all over the bed.The place was dirty, everything needs gutting and updating. The bed is against the wall, not ideal especially for older people.The air conditioning unit was on the balcony.The pool was dirty.The breakfast was awful, very little choice and rarely replenished.Located on a very busy road.Thank goodness we only stayed one night, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

    We had the loveliest time in Santorini in no small part due to the Philippion. It was gorgeous, the breakfast was delightful and the staff were attentive. We were a VERY short walking distance to Fira. It had a gorgeous view of the caldera. I highly recommend!!
