    Standards slipping slightly,we love this hotel and have stayed here on a number of occasions, as always had a warm welcome with clean rooms and across the hotel in a ideal location to relax and explore and a nice choice at breakfast. Sadly this is no longer totally true.With regard to staff 3 excellent members of the team, the lady who has worked for many years at breakfast service, the young man on reception with the beard also the man delivering drinks etc to the beach. Other staff more interested in playing on their phones and could not muster a smile or even respond when wishing them a good morning or evening in their own language.On arrival we were tired and wanted to shower had to remove and had to remove a large clump of hair from the shower tray. My husband went to use the toilet and felt he had been bitten, instead a large crack in the toilet had pinched his skin. This was replaced the same day but should have been picked up when cleaning the room.Two day in we woke in the middle of the night to what we thought was rain, to find our air conditioning was pouring water into the room we placed towels on the floor and switched off the unit again this was resolved the next morning, the problem was the bottle which collects the water from the unit was full and it had backed up again should have been picked up during cleaning/maintenance. Wet towel which I had placed in the sink as to heavy with water to hang up where left there by the cleaner.we also had to request toilet paper as room cleaned and no replacement left,Breakfast now has very limited choice and some we turned up with very little left or no cutlery available. If you are offering breakfast from 7-10 am the choice should be available across that time.I know time have been challenging for the hospitality industry for the last few years but standard need to be pulled back to the previous years

    Was eating many times at the hotel restaurant and find the nicest people welcoming,smiles perfect service with lot of care,good recommendations and very helpful staff.I was there many times at different hours and same good service mr Aleko,Foti and Andreas(beach boy were very attentive at our needs) especially Foti and the laidy from the bar ( I think) showed their kind human parts offering first aid when I had an accident.Thank so much guys, wish you all the best, strenght and patience.Not many humans left on this island 😅 true fact

    Us 4 ladies had an amazing week despite being told by friends it would be clubby and noisy! Everything was near at the hotel, and the best beach ever - so sandy and shallow waters and so close.The rooms were good, the food was good, should be more than 3 star.     We’ve just returned after a 10 night stay in this hotel, it was perfect for us. We had a sea view room with balcony, definitely worthwhile booking this, it was a lovely place to relax. Room itself was good, bed and pillows lovely and comfortable and thank goodness for good A/C for some relief from the heat. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower as well. Cleanliness throughout was excellent and room was serviced every day by a lovely friendly lady. Reception team were excellent and really helpful, especially so Ignatio (apologies if name is incorrect) - he was lovely and nothing too much trouble. Finally, breakfast was delicious - simple, authentic and plentiful, all made and presented with care and pride and a different hot dish was available every day.
