  It is a nice place to stay. The atmosphere and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed here twice for my visit to Siau Island for Karangetang - the volcano. The hotel is in walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants

  Friendly Hotel in Manado

  I stayed for 6 nights , this is my second time stay here. All the staff at receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of you. I tried some food at the restaurant. All is good. The waiters are friendly and helpfull. Thanks to all of youThe cleaning service staff speak loudly to each other. They should lower the sound.

  Nice and remarkable hotel in manado

  This hotel is remarkable, because they keep quality of services in the same level for years. I have been stay at Quality hotel since more than 5 years, and see how the management could keep the quality of serves still good in all of field. The food that I always remember is Bubur Tinutuan that serve for breakfast. The hotel always full, but still acceptable for breakfast even the restaurant full in the morning. The staff serve guest rapid with good hospitality. The room clean and quiet, the internet also good and suitable for work or business activity. Very recommended hotel for business trip and leisure with family members.

  Better than I was expecting

  When I booked it I wasn’t expecting it to be that good, but it turned out much better than expected. We arrived early from the airport – at 9.30am but within an hour they got us into our room.The staff in the lobby and reception were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were more than adequate and the price was very good. The only negative would be that it is further away from the main port for boats to Bunaken, but it doesn’t cost much to get a taxi there and Bluebird taxis are available. We would stay there again and we thought it a much better place than the Sintesa Peninsula where we also stayed a night.

  It is quite old hotel but well maintained, lobby quite huge and unique I love the ambiance and gold black scenery, rooms are comfy and spacious, breakfast is good. I loved the genuine warm from the staff, absolutely back here in the very near future.
