  The perfect place to stay

  We stayed in this hotel for 10 days and we did not regret it. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, with a pleasant and comfortable arrangement. Everything is very clean and the feeling of freshness is present everywhere. The rooms are cleaned every night .The towels are changed every day and the garbage thrown away. The breakfast is rich and tasty, being served with love by the owner of the hotel. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and kind person, she helped us every time with everything we needed: places to visit, restaurants and much more

  We have just arrived back from holiday and this was our 2nd stay we took 2 of the kids this time and irini really does run a beautiful hotel, your made to feel part of the family, rooms are cleaned daily, our kids are fussy but looked forward to breakfast every morning, there is free WiFi, air con we had a large terrace and all i can say is the location is perfect.Local buses run hourly but perissa is a little peace of heaven and everyone here is just so welcoming.Beach is 5 minute walk, local square 3minute walk a bakery round the corner and a little shop. Main strip few minutes that leads to the square, ancient Thera just a few minutes away and the walk to the white chapel in the hillside was worth the short walk of 20/30 minutes.Just near the bus stop is some horses spiroshorses/florida our kids went on the sunset ride and omg they loved it such a beautiful experience.All boxes are ticked and all of us enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go home 🏡

  This hotel is a perfect place to stay. Clean room with comfortable beds, cozy balcony, amazing view on a mountain from second floor, delicious breakfast. Excellent service! Everything was great! Thank you Irini!

  Awesome family hotel in Perissa

  Santa Barbara is an awesome place to stay in Perissa. It is a family owned hotel and they are making sure you get all the comfort you need for a great vacation. It is close to the beach and the center of Perissa, it is close to the main bus station from where you can reach Fira in 25-30 min by local bus, it offers airport shuttle for a stay longer than 2-3 days, an awesome varied breakfast that can be serverd in the room / on your terrace. We were so lucky that Irini gave us the room with the biggest terrace, we loved it. Complimentary slippers were a very nice touch and we also had toiletries and toothbrushes in the bathroom. Irini also helped us book 2 trips to see the most important places on the island. In conclusion, the family who runs the hotel goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing vacation so I fully recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Santorini.

  we were picked up from airport by the owners. on arrival at the hotel we were met by a lovely lady and shown to our room, which was very nice with a balcony.For breakfast there were a lot of different things to eat which should suit all palate,The land lady was very friendly as were her family, she was very helpful with every day type of questions she also recommended places to see. we stayed 12 days and had a lovely stay.i can't recommend this place enough after going all over the island i would say this was the best place to stay in our price range.and only a couple of minutes from the beach.
