  NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.First of all, the room was very dirty. We found a popcorn with ants on the floor and a dirty mask behind the bed night. The bathroom was kind of disgusting, shower plate all dirty and very small. The water fell all over the floor. We showered with flip flop.And secondly, the treat was horrible. We had a reservation from before COVID, and because of a global pandemic we weren't able to flight (everything was canceled). With this cases, the law specifies that you will get a refund or a voucher. They didn't want to do either, just keep our money. At the end, and some discussion they 'allowed us' to change the reservation for the next year, but paying 20€ extra. We agreed even though we wanted to go elsewhere. Once there, they told us only cash those 20€.... With no other possibility... With feel it was a scam...Very, very, very bad this place. Better book elsewhere

  We booked through Booking.com at a great rate. Easy walk to town, except for the driveway, thats pretty steep. Walk to the bus terminal to go elsewhere on the island. Reception staff lovely and helpful in organising transport for us for an evening out we booked. If you need more supplies during your stay, just ask at reception. We had 4 twin share rooms. All were clean. Rooms 13&14 are smaller than the others and have a smaller balcony. Beds were firm bit surprisingly comfortable. Tiny shower in the bathroom with a shower curtain which is not that helpful in keeping water from still going everywhere. Small pool, but lovely and clean. Aircon a bit noisy overnight. (Room 13) When we had to stay in Santorini an extra night because of ferry cancellations, reception organised for us to stay in their sister hotel and free transport to get us there. I'd recommend staying here for a great value for money stay.

  Beware the Manager changing pricing

  I stayed here from August 28 to 31, 2019, with a group of 12 people. We booked 7 rooms and were provided a group rate. Halfway through our stay the Manager decided we had to all pay in cash! The Manager only dealt with us by phone and never showed up to the hotel. When we advised her we couldn't all pay in cash, she increased the rate and refused to provide an invoice until 30 minutes before our departure. Worst of all, she would only accept payment for all rooms on one credit card. So, our organizer had to pay for all of us on her own credit card and we then had to pay her back. Unacceptable and illegal!!The beds were thread bare and really, my double bed was only a box spring.The pros were that the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating - they even organized van transfers for our group. The rooms were clean. The hotel was within walking distance of the town centre.

  This hotel has unfriendly staff, except the front desk people. The beds are very hard, and I am not some spoiled brat, who needs to sleep in fancy bed. Very noisy: doors, voices from other rooms, not much space in the room with double bed. The worst were the shenanigans the manager tried to pull regarding hotel payment: insisting on cash only and changing the price, and keeping us in limbo until the very last moment!! Don’t recommend at all!!! Never again here for sure!

  Comfy hotel with friendly staff and short walk from town centre

  Stayed in this hotel as it was a reasonable price for me and my friends. We had a twin bedroom which had a nice view overlooking the sea. Fantastic hotel for its star rating with friendly staff who were happy to help and give your tour advice.Nice little pool that had sunshine over it till about 7pm.Would definitely recommend them!
