    Enchanting stay with breathtaking views

    Our stay at Senses Suites was excellent in every way. The view of the caldera is simply enchanting, while the suites perfectly combine luxury and aesthetics. The cleanliness was exemplary and the staff polite and always willing to serve.An ideal choice for relaxation and quality stays in Santorini — we will definitely visit again!     I really enjoyed my stay at Senses. The accommodation was very clean and clearly recently renovated, which made it feel fresh and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. It was easy to access and in a great location, with lovely views that made the stay even more relaxing. The service overall was excellent, and the swimming pool was a great bonus clean, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

    An Unforgettable Stay in Santorini’s Master Cave Suite!

    Our experience at the Master Cave Suite in Senses Boutique Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The suite itself is beautifully designed and spacious — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Santorini. It comfortably accommodated our group, with plenty of room to sleep and unwind, and the unique cave-style layout made the stay feel truly special. The suite features two double bedrooms, a large living space, and even two outdoor seating areas — including a terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor heated Jacuzzi that offered breathtaking views of the Caldera, volcano, and Imerovigli.Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh local flavors that was delivered right to our terrace, adding a wonderfully personal touch to our stay. The staff went above and beyond in every way — friendly, professional, and happy to help with recommendations and bookings for local activities. The views from the suite are simply stunning — it might be some of the best on the island! Watching the sunset from our private terrace was an unforgettable highlight. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere of the property, even though it’s just steps from the charming village of Imerovigli. In short, this was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had — a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Santorini charm. Highly recommended for couples, families, or groups looking for a special getaway!

    The tourism in Greece - more and more lies and arrogance. The pool view room was a room in a hole with no natural light. More disturbing was the arrogance of the employees (Sales department) when they said that we could see the pool from the terrace so there is a pool view.

    Pictures deceptive, room smells moldy

    Photos look great but “Master Cave Suite” (sold as “Senses Suites” not “Senses Boutique Hotel” on booking.com) smells of humid mold. Foul smell coming out of bathroom sink, which doesn’t empty out very well. Room is also very dark. No bathroom mat either. Wear and tear in some places. Not sure how they have such a high rating. Maybe because room can sleep up to 6 people? Only good thing: it was clean and receptionist was kind. We asked to cancel minus breakfast fee because one of us has respiratory issues and we felt reviews and photos online were deceptive however, they categorically refused claiming it’s the “cancellation policy.” They then told booking.com that we were a no show, probably so we couldn't post a review. I’m appalled by how they reacted. I used to work in the travel industry and have never seen this type of attitude before. This is not a 4 star hotel. Can get much better for same price in surrounding hotels.
