    Absolute wonderful stay with some of the best views of the island and sunset you can get. Perfect location for trips to Oia, Fira and Megalochori village, a lovely little square with tavernas and bars. The reception staff and in-house drivers were so friendly and helpful, always on hand for whatever we needed. Highly recommend a stay here, it vastly exceeded our expectations! We will be back…

    Check in was wonderful. Staff greeted us with drinks, and a brief tour of facility. Room was quiet with a fantastic view. Spacious 2 bedroom suite (Zeus room). Although we had to leave early to catch a flight and we would have missed breakfast, the staff was accommodating and gave us boxed breakfast to go the night before for the next day. These small details make this place highly recommended. I would definitely come back during the summer season!

    This hotel was a real temple fit for God. Heart melting natural beauty and confort crowned by professional and friendly staff makes it a fragment of heaven. We felt like we hit the national lottery winning number. We re-ignited our marriagromance and love ignoring the 45 years post mark were on.Sincere thanks to all at this paradise

    A beautiful hotel with an amazing view! Every detail – from the rooms to the common areas – feels stylish and authentic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of that special Santorini atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help and happy to recommend great places to visit or dine.The pool with its panoramic view is simply magical – the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, fresh and tasty every day.

    A really disappointing experience with the hotel.The view is brilliant and the bar staff were lovely, and it was set up to be a great holiday. However we had paid for a VIP Jacuzzi Suite, and for 4/7 days the jacuzzi simply did not work (heat up or jets) and when it finally worked it was filthy and took them a day to clean it.I reported this issue every day it happened, to be met with we promise to fix it but it took them 5 days to get it fixed. So reasonably, requested a refund of the difference in rate between our suite and those without a jacuzzi.The hotel were fobbing us off left and right to not resolve this issue, and when I spoke to the senior manager about resolving, he shouted at me down the phone and told me ‘I was simply on holiday to make money from them’.Incredibly disappointing stay and did not provide the amenities it advertised so clearly on their website, and when trying to resolve the issue they instead accuse of you trying to swindle them!! Would never stay again.
