    Wonderful room full renovated at the heart of Santorini! The mattress was so comfy and the perfume in the whole hotel was insane! There are many reasons to come back!

    we stayed here from 15/10-17/10/2025. The hotel is very near Thira 5 minutes walking. the hotel has a big private area free of charge. The rooms are very new , modern and comfortable. Cleaning is very good

    We stayed end of November. The hotel is opened in winter time with very cheap rates. the bus station is outside of the hotel. The hotel has a big private parking area free of charge. We have visited almost all The Noverian Hotels because they offer excellent servive and the quality is really very good

    Very nice modern hotel recently full renovated. Friendly staff and they are available any time you need them.     This hotel should not be advertised as 5*. This hotel is a good 3* from our experience.Positives : Harry on reception - friendly and helpful - very good as front of house •Good aircon in room•Comfy good sized bed•Nice pool •Good sunbeds ( although canopies in Instagram shots are all put away )• room towels are changed daily & bed made •short uphill walk to Fira caldera and bus station for exploring •coffee and water in room Negatives : •Pool bar closed - no opportunity to have a drink by pool or in the evening •Restaurant closed - breakfast is ordered in by external partners and you have to eat in you room either on your bed or on the balcony•Reception is closed from 23:00 ish to next morning - you call a number if you need any assistance • spa treatments are by external partners done In your room - there isn’t a spa here • parts of room disappointing-see pics - dust from drilling I assume when putting up the mirror - shower grout orange with grime - grout not wiped away from when the tiling was done - holes in the wall - dust and dirt on light switches - no minibar - no conditioner It’s effectively a 3* room with a pool but it’s in a good location. We loved Santorini in spite of staying here - for what we paid we could have stayed in the caldera but we didn’t research the reviews for this place enough ( most of them have only reviewed this hotel which is odd) . While we were there the Instagram account was posting pictures which did not align with our experience and we felt it important to let other travellers know.
