The complex comprises seven villa units, perched on the cliff 100 m above the sea, in the charming and picturesque village of Oia, at the most westerly point of the island. The centre of Oia is just 5 minutes' walk away, where guests will find restaurants, bars, the bus station, shopping and tourist facilities. Baxedes Beach is around 3 km away, or 5 minutes' drive, and the town of Thira is around 12 km away. The complex is conveniently located only 30 minutes' drive from Santorini International Airport and Athinios Port.

Facility

A stay in an of the 7 villas/houses will leave a lasting impression. This hotel has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk.     We stayed second time in Katikies Villa (previous one was in 2024), and totally this was our third stay in Katikies. This hotel is just awesome. Lovely staff, superb food, great swimming pools.     Hotel is definitely not a 5 star experience and I am sure there are much better properties in this area at the same price point. We booked/coordinated transport through the hotel to be picked up at the port. The driver was 30 minutes late and they offered no type of compensation. Bathroom was extremely dated and the layout was odd. Also, we booked through chase with the hotel as an “edit” hotel, but they did not provide any of the amenities laid out by the edit experience - no welcome gift and did not remember the $100 resort credit. However, they did apply the credit once I told them about it at check out. I do want to note the concierge service was very responsive and they did make us a last minute dinner reservation which we appreciated. Overall do not recommend. View and pool at the main property was stunning.

    Great view of the caldera. The hot tub was nice too, as it was too cold to swim in the main pool late April. Breakfast was superb at the sister hotel a few doors down. Good location to walk to the end of Oia for the sunset. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.     Five Star Stay!

    If you want to relax, be pampered, and feel like family, there is no better place to stay in Oia than Katikies Villa! We arranged with the hotel private transport from Santorini Port to the taxi stand in Oia. Hotel staff met us at the taxi stand and carried our luggage to the hotel property. We had a welcome drink upon arrival, got a brief tour of the facility and were welcomed to our rooms. The rooms were comfortable and had an outdoor jacuzzi tub overlooking the caldera. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a great way to start the day. We relaxed by one of the pools for several days as well. Altogether felt like a five star experience with exceptional staff and amenities. This should be your place to stay in Oia! We look forward to coming back!     Beautiful hotel on the other side of the caldera, but away from the cruise ship crowd. Charming rooms, beautifully renovated with modern amenities with old world charm. Excellent staff/service. The center courtyard is a gorgeous private oasis for your meals at Selena. Rooftop pool is a gem, sweeping views of the island. Highly recommend.
