    We were guests in the room above the office in June. We were treated so well and like a part of the family. Welcomed with a big smile, helpful tips of where to go. In fact, Nick’s mom even drove us to the lighthouse and dropped us for dinner there and so kindly came back with her daughter to pick us up. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast they offer in the AM as we were off touring. We heard from other guests that it was excellent. The adjacent restaurant has wonderful and authentic Greek food. We went there for dinner upon arrival. Nick also arranged transportation for us from the airport and suggested a great restaurant to us for lunch one day with transportation to and from arranged. We really appreciated how clean, welcoming and friendly the accommodations were! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

    William's houses was everything we had hoped for. Nick and his family were so friendly and accommodating. We felt like part of the family. Nick's mother (Mama Nicolas) was a great help to us and so sweet. The room/suite, was large, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom stopped working, but they had a brand new one installed the very next day. They arranged rides and a rental car. They printed out our Covid test results for us.We will stay here again if we ever get back to Santorini.

    We had a fantastic stay at Williams house, the room was specious and clean, we had a very nice balcony viewing the caldera and sea.The bathroom was clean and specious, and kitchenette had enough appliances for our few days stay. The hotel management very nice, friendly and helpful, and provided us with good tips where to visit. The hotel is located on a quiet road, but I don’t recommend walking to and from bus stop in summer time as it is an a bit steeply road and could be quite warm we had a car and free parking in front of the hotel so no problem.

    Williams Houses is a lovely family run property, in a quiet and beautiful part of Santorini. As a couple we specifically booked the 3 person split level room, which has the huge balcony overlooking the island, you can see the caldera and the south side of the island. Highly recommend this room. Some confusion first night as the room wasn't ready and they put us in a different one with no explanation why, but was sorted the next morning after I pointed out it wasn't what we booked. Breakfast could be a bit hit and miss for some, but it was fine enough for us and set us up for the day. Is the only place I'd want to stay if I ever go back to Santorini!
