    Good room facilities but inaccessible for strollers or people who can't handle stairs

    Pros:- Room facilities excellent, if not similar to a 5 star hotel- Location central, yet quiet- Feels like good value for money overallCons:- Too many stairs, and no lift. Completely inaccessible for people on wheelchair or families with stroller- Never saw anyone at reception except when arriving/leaving- Zero customer service while on site. eg. no one we could ask about anything

    My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we got stuck in Santorini after our flight was cancelled. We informed the hotel and they said they would get back to us with information. They never did. We called again and asked to talk to a manger but the man on the phone refused to help. They happily took our money when it was not possible to physically be there and have cited their cancellation policy which requires 14 days notice. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t give us 14 days notice. They need to be more professional with their customer service and perhaps review their policy for extenuating circumstances.

    Great little hotel in center of the town..couldn't have been in a better location. Dimitris was extremely helpful pointing out things to see & places to go, even carried our cases to our room.No lifts & stairs steep so not for everyone but manageable for most.

    Delightful Skiathos town hotel right in centre!

    THE most delightful hotel slap bang in the centre of Skiathos town! Modern hotel with only approximately ten rooms. Bed extremely comfortable and modern bathroom. Coffee maker, kettle with complimentary tea and coffee in room. Nice little balcony with seating. The hotel also has an amazing rooftop terrace with views across the town and over the port. It’s opposite the outdoor cinema that shows Mama Mia the movie, which we watched and danced to on the terrace! Dimitris (Jim) on reception so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to return!

    Ideal location if you need to be near the ferry port and in the middle of the old town.

    Only about 100 yards from the waterfront with its restaurants and the ferry embarkation point. Access is via an old cobbled street and up some steps - a bit difficult if you're old with too much luggage. Rooms very modern and with comfortable beds. View from balconies over the rooftops to the port.
