    Fabulous from start to finish

    This is our third visit to Kassandra Bay , we emailed ahead for a lower room which we were given. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff, check in was faultless and easy as we had already checked in on line. We were shown to our room , where there was a bottle of wine and a personalised letter welcoming us back .The breakfast choice was vast and unlike most hotels there was a different variety of choices every day, omelettes to order were delicious and my husband became quite fond of the little cakes on offer. Lunch menu was a choice of a bar menu and a menu at the restaurant near the beach, the portions are fairly big so we used to share, The Black Olive served evening meals which were delicious . We were not on half board so didn’t eat in the main restaurant.The pool areas were not overcrowded and there was no problem getting a sun bed. The staff at the K bar were amazing especially Alex Nikos and Captain Maria, never too busy to stop and engage in conversation .All staff were amazing and a big shout out to the young man at reception who greeted us every evening to organise out taxi into pap street , he will know who he is if I say we were in Room 113 .We will be back.

    Lovely hotel on a beautiful island

    This is a lovely hotel with amazing staff, all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty to choose from and catering to different wishes. We had a suite with private pool and large garden, the suite was lovely and roomy. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. The bus right outside the hotel and the water taxi on the beach were both a real bonus and the water taxi was great fun. A highlight was seeing dolphins in the bay by the hotel early one morning, we could see them from our balcony. We could have done with a net by our private pool to fish out insets etc, our door was also a bit difficult to close sometimes and we had to slam it loudly to ensure it was closed. We didn't have food in the hotel restaurants so cannot comment on that, however I was slightly disappointed with the cocktails served during happy hour on the beach, they were very basic. But these are only minor things, all in all we would definitely come back to this hotel!

    Staff at Kassandra Bay are extremely friendly and welcoming.Breakfast buffet was outstanding and service excellent.My small niggles would be the wardrobe didn’t have a drop long enough for my dresses so they all ended up creased at the bottom.Main niggle was the bed was not comfortable. The thin mattress toppers were hard and even though we’d booked a double the toppers were singles so effectively we were in single beds. After saying that we would stay again because the staff and overall experience was good.

    An amazing holiday!

    We had a fabulous week long stay at the Kassandra Bay Hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location on a gorgeous beach with lovely comfy sunbeds provided for guests, the sea is so clear and calm. Our room was amazing with a lovely sea view balcony, plenty of space and comfy beds and kept spotlessly clean by our cleaning lady.All of the staff at the hotel are so amazingly friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. We stayed half board and were hugely impressed by the food, there was a massive choice at breakfast and we definitely didn’t leave hungry! Dinner was a la carte with a great choice of food all beautifully cooked.The hotel is in a great position where you can walk into Skiathos town in about 20 minutes but the bus service is fantastic on the island and there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel. You can also get a water taxi from the beach round to the town harbour.We had an amazing time here and would definitely return and recommend to others.     The Best Holiday

    What an amazing holiday. We came as a family group,of different ages and every need was accommodated. The biggest positive that makes this hotel apart from its stunning location is the staff. From reception to bar staff and the people who do cleaning and maintenance every one of them were a credit to the hotel. All areas were spotless, the food was of a high standard and service excellent. All the staff were good but a special mention to Valentina and Maria.The sea views and location are idyllic and Skiathos town not too far to walk and a bus stop outside. I ran every morning towards Skiathos and would not recommend the walk with a pram as pavements run out in places.We will definitely return and thank you for making our holiday relaxing.
