  Broken toilet ignored

  We booked a 1 nights stay to enjoy a night out in Skiathos Town until late. It was £17 for the night Room was spacious and balcony was huge with a lovely view. Location to town is excellent. I really have no complaints other than the fact our Toilet didn’t flush at all and was clearly broken. There is nobody based at the apartments so We contacted them by phone, text and through booking.com to advise and never heard anything from them. We were only there for 1 night but I would be so annoyed if I was staying longer. So beware room 9 has a dodgy toilet and probably is still not working.

  Stay away, customer service zero, no communication until the last day before the booking, I booked the last room available(nonrefundable) without checking ferries availabilities for my suitable timings, canceled the room within 10 min of booking it, and started calling the property - no one to pick up the phone, no answer on emails, this was for a week myself and Bookings.com, I got an answer a day before my booking- that not been able to get to the island is my problem... no consideration at all and understanding regarding a refund. I do not recommend this place at all

  We had a room facing the streets.First the positive things:It is really central and close to everythingIt's OK bedsBig balconyFriendly staffFridgeAcSo the things that's not very good :It's insane noisy - of course some noise from the streets, but mostly from other guests (and a lot of them wants to party all night.. Tried to talk to them a numerous times..). You can hear everything going on in the hallway..It's really worn down.. The kitchenette and bathroom has both seen better days..But if you wear earplugs and don't mind that is really date it's OK, just not ekspect too much

  the staff were blunt and not helpful at check in. upon first glance our room was basic and smelt a bit strange but it was okay. when we came back from dinner we were greeted by 4 cockroaches that had come out of the drain in the shower and that’s when we discovered where the smell was coming from. which had since become far stronger. upon further inspection we found blood stains on the pillow, the towels weren’t clean and the mattress was dirty. zero care was put into the room as well as the cabinets falling off of the wall and bugs living inside. we were extremely disappointed with our stay and tried to get hold of the reception to complain but no one was there and no answer so we had to leave half an hour after and pay for a different hotel. do not recommend whatsoever the only plus side was that the air con worked! every thing else was dismal.

  Great location and nice staff

  We spent one weeke in this pension. The room was with basic facilities but pretty spacious and clean. We also had a small balcony. The staff was nice especially Eleni who was always smiling and welcoming well the customers.Location was also 5 mins on foot from the centre. Recommended.
