The villas are situated on the beautiful island of Skiathos and are only 3 km from Skiathos Town. Skiathos Airport is about 5 km away.

    Great place BUT avoid October

    WE stayed early October. Lovely clean accommodation.Very helpful reception.Great location.BUTSkiathos shuts down on 1st October, so beach bar, restaurant, supermarkets, water taxi are all closed, which is not good for self catering.Also, the Mana Mia outdoor cinema shuts after September. Weather in October for us was approx 18c temperature, and plenty of rain, so be prepared, it might not be a sunbathing holiday.Overall, we had fun, lovely area, and great boat trip, but I would suggest that the hotel should shut down at the end of September.

    Just returned from a fantastic week. Very apprensive about it being 2 star but what a great place.Apartment was lovely, 2 bathrooms which was brilliant. Lovely and clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Great view from good size balconyWe stayed in apartment 5. Great equipped kitchen with good size fridge and freezer.Pool area was never busy so no rush for sunbeds.Right next to pool was lovely bar & restaurant.Bus stop right outside, bus stop 9. Water taxi 5 minutes walk.Little bakery & supermarket short walk. The supermarket very kindly gave us a lift back.Would definitely return.If you have mobility issues, very steep walk to pool.Had a wonderful stay.

    Paradise is the only way to describe it the reception lady was amazing so friendly and helpful the views unbelievable great bar pool beach we were in room 9 it was spotless all the time the hills up were so steep but can stay in lower rooms but worth it for the views

    Just come back from here , could stay here forever . The views are amazing and we could have sat watching the boats , ferries and planes everyday Location is about 10 minute drive out of Skiathos town , we got the bus everywhere and they go past about every 10 minutes Our room was in the middle block on ground floor , the room was very clean and spacious , lovely comfortable bed , there is a wetroom/ bathroom . All the windows have mosquito screens but we did get some in room , probably because we liked leaving door open to see the views and listen to the waves !! It is a bit hilly here , walk to pool is down a quite steep incline or steps but then you can go to bar or down steps to the beach . Sun beds on beach are 15 euros for 2 with umbrella but we just sat on our towels on beach .There is a lovely little beach bar about 2 mins walk away at little Skiathos past the water sports hut The water taxi has great views and costs €4 euro pp each way , however if it get windy it get cancelled .There is 2 supermarkets and bakeries about 10 minutes away at Achladias , walk there is mainly downhill but is quite a climb back up. The staff are super helpful and friendly , they will book taxis for you or help with car hire , we didn’t use taxis just got the bus everywhere as it is so easy We loved it here and once we have finished visiting other Greek islands we will be back for a longer stay

    Lovely hotel. Furniture eclectic but has everything you need for great room only stay. Pool area with lovely beach bar & restaurant - club sandwiches to die for. But the views … waking up to the views every morning is bliss. It is very steep, so if you are not good on slopes/with steps may not be the best place for you. Achlaides beach walkable next door & we loved Mojo Seaside Cafe. Found prices very reasonable everywhere. Regular buses & water taxis brilliant. Had a great stay & recommend.
