We used the Hotel as stay over, as we had a early flight from SKG.The rooms where nice and clean; kids enjoyed the pool area and kids-playing area. The 24h reception was a benefit, as well as the team wich was really attendive.Price/value top!

Very bad experience! It was nothing like in the photos. The staff was very very rude! The room was very dirty and smelled so bad. The bathroom was tremendous. Someone entered in our room when we were inside!

Don't believe all the bad reviews

Bit out of town. Need a car to get to places but apart from that o couldn't fault this hotel. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Huge bed and fab shower. Big balcony also. Cleaner in every day. Breakfast good. Pool was spotlessly clean. Never too busy either. I will return 😎

    Not fantastic!

    rating26 Nov 2019

From one evening to the next the price went up by 5 euros. Ok no problem. On arrival we were asked to tick our breakfast options. On departure were charged for our 2 coffees - surely they should have been included in the breakfast cost?? Couldn’t run the bath as only the shower would work- having plucked out a previous guests hairs - decided to forego a shower! Bit run down externally but ok inside - could have been cleaner. Bog standard but not exactly price related!!!

Doesn't get much worse than this, unless you're a tramp.

Thank God this has only been for two nights. But, it's been a miserable end to what has otherwise been a great holiday in Northern Greece. This 'hotel' should be razed to the ground. It should become as the Monty Python parrot. Checked in, discounted two rooms. One as was unsafe. First floor, balcony doors didn't lock. Second, ground floor, next to the swimming pool toilets. Neither room had shutters. Third time lucky... or was it? The door locks, which is always a bonus. Nice Gustav Klimt print on the wall. Which I can barely see because there is no overhead light in the room. We have romantic lamps with very low wattage. I suspect that's so you can't see the cigarette burns on the furniture and the dubious stains on the carpet. It looks like wild pigs with a nicotine habit have run amok. I could go onto my tiny 'balcony' and enjoy the filth and the warm gusts that are being emitted from the 4 a/c units that are installed there. I'd rather not, but it's a shame to miss out on the view of the hotel rubbish dump. The staff have thought of everything to make this as miserable as possible. But, wait! They've excelled. The bathroom has a shower with no curtain and half a door. That's a nice touch. The fridge in the room has frozen everything. Clearly it's trying to overcompensate. At least the fridge is trying to please. The pool? Ever heard the phrase 'You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink'? Nothing on God's green earth would get me in that. However, the pleasant hour I spent sat by the pool watching an extended family throw chips at each other did make me contemplate drowning myself. If I was going to follow that route I'd have preferred to take a taxi into the city and chuck myself into the harbour. But, if you're immune to dirt, bad taste and general incompetence, there's always 'ping pong'. I did see two people genuinely smiling as they smashed away at those little plastic balls. I didn't look, but I can well imagine they'd drawn a picture of the managers head on them. Please go elsewhere.
