    The staff were incredibly welcoming and rooms are clean.     I had a wonderful stay at Howard Plaza – The Fern, Agra. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay. The room was always clean, well-maintained, and perfectly organized. Special thanks to Deepak from the housekeeping team for his polite behavior and excellent service.The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant service was excellent.
