    The location is amazing. Near to my airport. Checkin process is smooth. Also we like the cloak room facility where we can store luggage’s after checkout if there is any delay in flights and need to roam around Delhi within that time. Breakfast is good with both indian and western options.

    Located up a narrow back street yet easy to find. (Address was easily located by Zomato and Uber). Seamless and straightforward check in. A nice welcoming bottle of ice cold water was provided on arrival. A comfortable bed with spotless bed linen in a clean and secure room. Usual en-suite bathroom facilities, again kept nice and clean. Breakfast available.

    Hotel is great, rooms are always kept clean, Ajay keeps our room clean and he is friendly and responsible. The bathroom's body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smell great. I suggest this hotel because it's peaceful. I love their banana bread for breakfast.

The hotel boasts a prime location with breathtaking views, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional management.The staff, under the guidance of the management team, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. They were quick to address any concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

    We asked for room service and waited over an hour. the bed cover looked so dirty. Outside in the hallway, cleaning material just lay around, some hanging on the fire extinguisher. It was only one man working the reception and everything, there was no soap, toilet paper in the bathroom.
