    As a couple we have stayed at Bloom Janpath numerous times over the past 8 years or so. Our stay has always been comfortable. Clean rooms, good ambience and full of respect by staff. Security person Mahendra always opened the door when we entered the hotel and even opened the lift doors as well. Irfan at reception provided excellent service and allowed late checkout because our flight was in the night. Hotel provides a range of complimentary drinks and snacks. Keep up the good work and service , Bloom.     We are a family of four and the rooms provided were excellent. It was a night stay before we headed to Agra and Jaipur. All seem to have designed to give a good experience to guests. There are way more than normal complimentary items including snacks. Restaurants are closeby and we did take away in the night that reached us very quickly. Complimentary breakfast was good. Price is good too. I would definitely recommend.     Room smelled of cigarette smoke, and was very cold. Extremely noisy guests kept me awake all night. I contacted reception but the noise continued.
