    Situated at one of the primest locations of Delhi just near the airport makes it strategiclly superb place to be . Rooms are good and clean. Noise level is almost zero. Very serene and quite place. Room Service cn be made better and faster.

    Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life . I am a hotelier too. Poor service . Smoke detector is broken in a room .Incase of fire , what will happen ? Putting everyone's life at risk. Informed the staff but no action . Excuse is ,its government hotel. Rusted shower head . Lamp shade broken . Lizard in a corridor. How come General Manager and maintenance manager still got a job. If Health and Safety audit will happen ,hotel will be closed.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

    While this hotel may have been something in the 80s, it seems like it hasn’t been updated or maintained at all since then! It’s falling apart and stinks of mould everywhere. Our room also stank of smoke, had blood on the bedsheets and had a broken window - absolutely awful! The restaurant was abysmal, with the waiter saying they didn’t have ANY soft drinks! Not even coke! And the food was disgusting too. AND the bar is permanently closed so we couldn’t even forget about the property’s dire condition with alcohol! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s also huge with half the rooms unavailable because they’re falling apart, so there’s this weird eerie vibe of no one around. DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked out after two hours.

    Nightmare in Delhi

    I had a different view of Centaur as it used to be a landmark hotel decades back but now most useless Hotel. Never book it. It stinks the moment you enter. I am 64+ yrs old, had a confirmed booking thru Agoda, for two nights from 4th Feb. Arrived night of 4th at Hotel, only to be told that they had bookings but don't have a room for me. The staff was sorry but not cooperative at all and were walking around like it is normal and not bothered at all. They said they will refund the money. I was surprised at their unprofessional attitude, but what I could do. Told me to go next door motel, did not have courtesy to even help me with luggage. At the middle of night, had to walk with all my luggage on dark road about 0.3-mile to a small motel next door, again to be told they had no rooms, but somehow had a vacant small, below average room at much higher price, which I had to take as no other hotels was available at last minute. Still struggling to get my money back. Bottom line never book this hotel and never book through Agoda.

    Horrible experience,such a nice property in ruins,paid 1500 for xtra bed but just got a mattress and no bed.Only stayed coz have an early morning flight to catch and this is nearest to T3.Rooms stink n bathrooms are filthy...avoid at any cost.
