    Door lock was not working. Hotel staff was not friendly too. More than this, the location of the hotel was bad - even car was not able to reach inside. Bathroom was not clean and things were broken too

    We actually had a reservation with Hotel Smart Stay and since they were full, they sent us to this ¨brand new hotel¨. The service... horrible, I would dare to say that it doesn´t even has it. The frontdesk guy doesn't even listen to you when you request something. We did the check in anyways because it was our only option. The room was ok. Lack of internet even though it says that they offer it. Room service, well... we never received everything that we ordered. The rate had breakfast included, so we asked the guy if it was possible to have an early breakfast and he said YES. On the next day I called the frontdesk for the breakfast and they continued saying just YES, we had to call to the kitchen to order the breakfast AGAIB, and we are still waiting for it. At the check out we told them that it was the worst service ever and they were actually surpised hahahaConclusion. If your are going extra cheap and don't care about the service AT ALL, go for it. If not, think it twice... we are still super dissapointed about this place - even though we didn't have any other option thanks to our real reservation. They ruined our last 2 days in India to be honest. They left a bitter taste in our mouths.
