    Terrible experince at a hotel from reception, to service to security

    The room we booked was not given , separate beds were there causing problem as it moves very easily during sleep, wifi was not working , even TV was not recharged . The service we wanted was always delayed , whether it was asking for iron or asking water bottles , the room was old not maintened , it looked like 2000 rs cheap hotel, for which they charged 4000 , food was okayish , cant say it too good , but was pricy . We have to take our bags in and out of hotel , no guards were standing , when we came in and neither anyone helped with doors and bags when we checked out .     I have stayed here for 02 nights. Overall stay was good. Front Office staff are very kind and helpful specially Mr. Harsh. He is very professional and very attentive.
