  Mediocre property at a good location.

  Checked in at Park Residency, Green Park, New Delhi for 3 nights in the month of April,2022. Good location which makes access to all parts of Delhi NCR easy. Peaceful area inspite of its location. Rooms are spacious, bathroom clean and hot water available 24x7. However, air conditioners in most rooms are old and do not cool the room sufficiently even in April heat. Torn and shabby curtains let in too much heat into the room. Breakfast options are limited and are served in the room. No buffet breakfast spread in the morning. The only reason you would stay is the location and comparatively competitive room rates.

  Extremely poor internet services disrupted my work

  I saw an advertisement of make my trip on internet. From that adv I had known about Park residency hotel green park New Delhi. I had to write an international online exam for which I had worked very hard for over one yr . I needed good uninterrupted internet connection and a room with no distractions to appear in the online exam. I couldn’t write the exam at home due to some renovation at home so had decided to book a hotel room for the exam. Before booking the hotel room I had called the hotel and was promised strong uninterrupted connection and I had told the hotel management that the purpose of booking the hotel room was just to write the online exam only, then only I decided to book the hotel room. I had booked the park residency hotel green park through make my trip app. But during my exam in the hotel room there were multiple internet disconnections which led to multiple halts in the online exam and I lost crucial time during my exam which led to immense stress. Even after multiple attempts to call hotel staff and management the internet issue was not solved and the exam was badly affected and hence keeping my one year of hard work for the exam at stake. The hotel staff had misrepresented the facts and gave me false promises about strong internet connection. I had sent mail and even called hotel staff about their extremely unprofessional attitude and false claims of good internet service but they didn’t bother to respond . I had lodged complaint to make my trip and sent multiple mails but still no reply yet. As it’s a big company and boast of good customer service but they have shown an unprofessional attitude . I would like make my trip to look into the matter soon as such hotels tarnish the image of make my trip. I suggest everybody to be cautious in booking a room in park residency hotel green park

  NOTHING TO REMEMBER EXCEPT FOOD

  i just stayed in this hotel for a night. booked by my client. the hotel is average on every count. do not expect anything fancy from this hotel. meant for a night stay only. rooms are otherwise clean and comfortable. only attraction is the restaurant of this hotel named clay oven. food is really delicious.my opinion stay but do not expect a lot from this property.

  I must have been put in a different tier of room because the room I stayed was quite remote from all the photos here. The room was spare and not sparkling clean. I can't say it was filthy either. The construction outside my window was so loud that I had to shut the window--it may not be the fault of the hotel. The hotel is nicely located only 5 minutes from Green Park Metro station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. But the hotel staff was neither professional nor helpful. The best I can say is that they are not unfriendly. The service was spotty. The water was shut off in during the day and I had to make multiple requests to have it turn on in order to take a shower. It was a lousy experience!

  Stayed in this hotel after a long time. Easy booking experience. Easy access. Courteous staff. Clay oven restaurant is in ground floor, so great food & beverage options available. Clean rooms. Room service was great.
