Location

The hotel is a landmark building in the heart of the city.     Very Disappointing StayMy room no is 1022 today 30-05-2026 i am staying in this hotel. One of the poorest hospitality experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The rooms were extremely small, and the property felt old and poorly maintained. Basic bathroom amenities such as shower gel, dental kits, and other essentials were missing. The towels provided were old, worn out, and had yellow stains.What made the experience even worse was the response from the staff. When I contacted the duty manager regarding these issues, she was unhelpful and even reluctant to provide her name.Overall, the service standards were far below expectations, and the stay was very disappointing.
