  Location of hotel is close to a metro station and in a posh area of the city. Close to Railway station and other attractions. Room size is strictly small and even smaller bathrooms. Service however is always with a smile. Breakfast options are good.   Poor hygiene standards

  Its a very old property dont go buy accor name !! The rooms are poorly designed and maintained bedsheet has stains , bathroom is conjusted reminds you of a cheap railway station hotel , ird dont have options at all for dinner as i checked in at 11 pm . AC doesnt work in the room !!   Below average ibis property in jaipur.Fire alarm started ringing at mid night and caused a lot of disturbance. Late and slow check in process with Riya at the front desk. They even looked short on staff. Mosquitoes in room were immensely annoying and I had a lot of mosquito bites. They must keep the mosquito repellent in the room permanently when it's such a mess instead of providing it on request. Queen bed in the room is another con as it is not comfortable. The washroom was like that on a cruise - very small. Overall I'd rather stay in a pink city 3 star property than here.   Arrival & Room Issues: We arrived exhausted from traveling, only to deal with two power cuts that affected our room and neighbors. Despite requesting a room change, we were told the hotel was full. While power remained stable for the remaining 3 days, the initial experience left us uneasy.Location & Accessibility: The hotel is located near the Civil Lines Metro, which is a 5-minute walk, but it is far from the Old City. Relatively quiet area. There isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity, so you will rely heavily on taxis or the Metro to see the sights.Dining & Special Occasions: * Food: The kitchen was experiencing "LPG issues," which meant the menu was very limited, we only had breakfast.Service: I checked in on my birthday and requested a small gesture or recognition; unfortunately, nothing was provided, which was disappointing for a global brand.Hotel Services & Tours: * Amber Fort Tour: We booked via the hotel for a Sunday trip. The guide failed to advise us on the heavy congestion, leading to an hour stuck in backroad traffic. A suggestion to walk the final stretch would have saved us significant time.Transport: Be careful with hotel car bookings. The drop-off to the nearby railway station was four times the cost of an Uber.Wellness: They offer an on-site massage service. While we enjoyed it, be prepared to pay a high premium that felt expensive even by international hotel standards in India.Pool: Great pool and great views, except you swim with 30 pigeons.   I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything needed. The service was smooth and reliable throughout my stay.The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
