  Great location on Juhu Beach. Lower price than many of the 5-stars. Book a sea view room ahead of time. It’s worth it, but fills up quickly. The hotel front security and house keeping staff were really helpful. My dad had some health issues, and they were VERY accommodating and understanding, above and beyond. The other rooms are small. We ended up staying for 10 days, because of going to hospital follow-ups and the location/price. I got a deal on Agoda, and then extended days at the front desk. Sometimes all these hotels get booked up for wedding season. You can go north to the Prithvi Theater for evening shows, or south to Bandra for shopping. There is only one chemist/pharmacy Wellness Forever and a small grocery, if you want to get juices, medicines, or any other things. There are a lot of restaurants, and you can walk on the beach in the morning. Food & Beverage was a little weird. The breakfast is good. The main manager Akshay Patil was nice. But my mom cancelled a tea and the other staff freaked out. They charge their staff if someone cancels. They made a big scene after that, every time we ordered something. My parents are seniors, so they stayed in and ordered at the hotel all the time. We stayed at many hotels in India, and they didn’t have this policy. Then they started telling other 3rd party people that we were difficult, because of canceling one tea. So that was unprofessional and weird. But I guess some local hotels have that “ghaati” mentality or policies.

  Booked Sea View, Got No View – Disappointing Stay Experience

  I booked an Executive Room for 2 nights with a partial sea view, but upon arrival, I was given a very small room with no view at all. The room did not match the photos shown on the website, which was quite disappointing.When I raised the issue, the staff told us that this was the last available room and didn’t even offer to show any alternatives. We were left with no choice but to stay. Additionally, the behavior of one of the female staff members was unprofessional, as she started arguing instead of assisting us.We had to spend the first night in that same room with no view. After raising a complaint with Agoda, the issue was resolved, and we were provided a partial sea view room for the second night. However, the overall experience was already affected.That said, the beach view from the restaurant is truly beautiful and worth appreciating.My suggestion: If you plan to stay here, it’s better to check the room in person before booking. Advance bookings may not guarantee the room you expect.Overall, not a satisfactory experience due to poor room allocation and staff behavior.

  A Perfect Stay with Outstanding Service at Citizen Hotel Juhu

  Thank you, Citizen Hotel Juhu, for such a wonderful and memorable stay. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality extended by the manager, front desk team, and restaurant staff. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.As a single female traveler, I was initially concerned about security, but the hotel staff made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I had also emailed the management in advance regarding my allergy issues, and I must say they took exceptional care of every detail. Everything was thoughtfully managed, making my stay very smooth and stress-free.The food was amazing, and the buffet breakfast deserves a special mention—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable.I would also like to highlight that the property offers beautiful sea-view rooms, so if you’re planning a stay, make sure to book those in advance.A special thanks to Manager Nikhil, who truly stood out for his proactive approach and genuine effort in ensuring my comfort at every step. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will surely be back again.Thank you once again for such a pleasant stay!

  The location on juhu beach is perfection, and the breakfast is delicious. Akshay Patil F & B Manger and the staff at the restaurant are friendly, but not at the front desk. We are quite disappointed and wish we stayed somewhere else was fully booked. We stayed for 13 days and had change 5 different rooms (Rm 304,214,211,314,114 & 215) Room was very small , beds very double , one room bathroom small and was like for kids nd not adults, than room with joint beds instead of queen or king and than gave two single comforters. Than on other room AC all walls and toilet and floor, ceiling gets flooded with Water. Staffs tried to help but nothing helped out.Partial view was OK.WE WANTED TO KEEP OUR BAGS FOR FEW DAYS AS WERE GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE BUT THEY NEVER HELPED TO KEEP THE BUT SAID TAKE IT WITH YOU IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KEEP THAN LEAVE. AT THE END THEY SAID IF YOU WANT THAN PAY INR 175.00 PER DAY PER BAG.Never never never and ever book this..

  about par for the course. Good location but small rooms and misleading information about sea facing rooms. It was not easy for our cabbie to locate it although it is not far from the airport. Once in, the staff were about average and the rooms were disappointingly small and not facing the sea directly.
