An idiot who doesn't care about the hotel or even knows the H of Hospitality. I was almost short of hitting him with the way he treated us & talked. Worst staff I have experienced in last 15 years of travel across the world..Even if you visit as a family, just because you are a couple, they will treat you like you are at an OYO unmarried couple place. I guess that is the only business they need as no decent customer will choose to stay at such place.Asking extra money for every small thing. 2% extra on all payments for everything except with cash. Visitors should give ID proofs as well but only if it is a female (shocking because they asked my sister for ID but not my brother). My sister had US driving license but they kept harassing us asking for either Indian ID or Passport & Visa documents. Where in the world does a visitor need to provide Visa & Passport to hotels? Is it an immigarion office?Unclean rooms, hair on beddings, broken furnishings, cobwebs in every corner, smelly fridge, broken hangers are few of this hotel's strengths.We booked 1 room for 2 nights on booking.com for our stay in Mumbai but after 1 pathetic night stay (of which most of the time we were out), we chose to cancel the stay in between & went to another hotel. For which the hotel people cancelled the booking stating we did not arrive at the hotel itself.The check-in process took us 45+ minutes as they wanted to charge extra in the name of taxes & portal commission. The idiot manager asked us to contact booking.com customer care if we have any issue & when we spoke to them, only then could we pay what was specified in the booking.We did check to make sure there were no hidden cameras in our room but I hope others check it too. As based on their overall attitude, I will not be shocked if they were caught doing it.

  After I booked hotel from Oyo and reached there, they denied the accommodation and told us that the hotel is completely booked. And after fee minutes they told us that the rooms are available but not available with oyo booking. And asking for more amount for room. Even they harshly and rudely speak with oyo cc. Rude behaviourHighly UnprofessionalUneducated

  I am deepu Joseph book my room on 6 th of August through OYO rooms , my booking No MAXS119 Already i paid 1450 then my family going checking time hotel is asking more money 2500!! I don't what kind of service OYO doing.. My wife waiting 2 hours in hotel reception without any clarification.. Hotel staff all are unprofessional and they speaking very rudely.. My wife suffering this time Very bad experience this hotel I never book any room this hotel again!!!and please don't trust OYO this cheating customers I lost my money and valuable time...Deepu Joseph 9920357053

  Good and clean hotel, we liked the room which was very spacious. Located near Colaba but in a side street, so very quiet. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Quick and unlimited wi fi, appreciated a lot.RECOMMENDED!!

  The hotel staff is very polite, but it does not make up for the terribly unclean rooms. The rooms smell musty, of smoke and sewage and the bathrooms are terribly maintained. They are not cleaned properly and the linens in the room are not changed with every visitor. We had planned to stay for three nights, but I checked out immediately as soon as we could find another much better available hotel in the same area at the same price.
