    Not 5 Star - terrible damp rooms and Lies from staff

    We booked Hotel Sea Princess expecting a genuine 5-star experience based on the glowing reviews and photos online. Instead, we were placed in Room 105 — supposedly “newly renovated” according to check in receptionist — which was in a shocking condition with damp, foul-smelling sheets and obvious cleanliness and maintenance issues. After a long international flight and celebrating my husband’s birthday, this was deeply upsetting.What made matters worse was a housekeeping staff member telling us the room was “usually allocated to Arabs or white people,” an unacceptable and discriminatory comment that completely ruined our stay. The hotel’s response? An offer of dinner compensation. Completely inadequate for the distress and disappointment caused. Photos attached speak for themselves.

    I recently stayed at the Sea Princess with my family and we all found the location, rooms, service and food to be excellent. My flight into Mumbai landed in the morning, so I arrived very early before check in and Mr Alankar at the front desk ensured that my room was made ready early so that I was not hanging around.The rooms themselves were clean, well equipped and the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful. The menu in the restaurant and poolside was extensive and every meal was tasty and prepared to a high standard. The serving staff were extremely helpful and professional, with a special mention for staff Israr, Mohsang, and Yash who provided excellent service in the restaurant and Nitin and Bunty at the poolside. The reception staff were able to help us with various requests and Fatima was a great help to my Mother and provided service with a smile! Mr Alankar was also very helpful to my Father and assisted us with getting things delivered after our shopping trips as well as helped us with our onward travel when we were having issues. Even though they are currently renovating, this did not affect our stay and we did not experience any inconvenience as a result. Overall, would recommend to any family or friends.

    Our stay at Sea Princess -Juhu was just amazing!🤩 Thank you to the wonderful F&B team for your wonderful hospitality and incredible care that you and your team showed throughout our stay. Every meal prepared for us especially, was not only delicious but prepared with such warmth and attention to detail. As I was not feeling so well, Chef Harpreet went over and above along with his entire wonderful team to prepare special food. All chefs including Yogesh, Mahesh and many more were just amazing. Food was prepared with more love than spices. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine smile from everyone in the hotel (welcome at the door to every interaction with hotel staff including Naveen and his team serving us the amazing food at the restaurant) made our experience truly special.     Best kids pool party with lip smaking brunch

    We hosted our pool party at Hotel Sea Princess, and it turned out to be an absolutely शानदार experience!A big shoutout to Chef Singh and his team for preparing an incredible customized spread with over 100 dishes. Every item was delicious, but some truly stood out—like the Madras Curry Lasagna, which we tried for the first time on the chef’s recommendation and absolutely loved. The Bhindi Sambharia and many other dishes were equally amazing—honestly, every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor.Special thanks to Mr. Mansoor, who coordinated the entire event so smoothly along with his restaurant team. He was extremely helpful throughout and ensured that every guest was taken care of so well.All the arrangements were done beautifully, and everything was perfectly managed. The kids especially had a blast and enjoyed the pool party to the fullest.Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we truly appreciate the effort and hospitality of the entire team!

    We visited recently for dinner at Khyma. Had an amazing meal. Mr Sadakat , Mr Banty took good care✨🌟 . Loved the food by Master Chef Dhansingh🌟. The prawns was fresh and juicy🌸. We regularly visit and Mr Jaisingh allways ensures that we have allways have a grand time.🌹
