    I’ve been staying at this property for once a week every month since June 2025. It’s not just the location, but the people and the way they take care of this hotel and her guests that makes you want to keep coming back. Whenever I travel with my family, we always stay here because the kids love it too! I’ve visited enough times to become a familiar face with the staff and their kindness and attentiveness can be overwhelming at times. Mr Nimesh, Mukhtar, Khushboo and their team, the doormen Mr Gurmeet, Amarjeet, Simon are among the faces who greet you as you enter. Their smiles, their genuineness truly makes you feel special and welcome. Chef Sandip and his team at the Pondicherry Cafe make sure you leave the breakfast buffet with your heart full along with your stomach. Lastly, no visit is complete without visiting and enjoying the excellent service at the Club Millesime. Chaithali, Nupur, Mayuri, Jahnvi, Chirag, Vinit, Ashish and Raj, you guys really know how to make someone feel like they’re at home and not a guest at the hotel. That this has been an experience that repeats every time is what sets this hotel apart from the rest for me personally and draws me to the Sofitel BKC for my time in Mumbai. I cannot wait to return. Thank you.
