    Excellent hospitality. The front desk team is very supportive especially Mr Sachin, Mr Omkar and others. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food is very tasty. Thanks to the restaurant team for guiding various menu as per our comfort esp. Mr. Mihir, Mr. Ruchiket, Mr. Sahil and Mr. Abhishek.Worth visiting again. Strongly recommended.

    Location is good. Peace and quiet atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Value is high but so are the amenities worth every penny. Clean and hygienic rooms and washroom area.

    Our stay at The Fern Residency by Marriott, Chembur on 19th and 20th April 2026, during a family wedding, was truly exceptional.Having booked 16 rooms well in advance, we experienced seamless coordination right from the start. A special mention to Mr. Sachin, the Reception Manager, whose professionalism and attentiveness stood out. He understood our requirements in detail and extended full cooperation, ensuring that even the smallest requests were handled efficiently—something that makes a significant difference during wedding events.The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the overall service standards were impressive.We sincerely appreciate the hospitality extended and would highly recommend this property for group stays and family occasions.
