Location

The hotel is very conveniently located just 13 km from Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and between the city's two main commercial areas - the central business districts of Nariman Point and Bandra Kurla Complex.     Lovely weekend stay for the family!

    The stay was lovely and made very memorable by Demert, from the Butler service team. The attention and personalization he ensured were par excellence- we were celebrating my husband's b'day, so he ensured that the room was set up beautifully. My kids also enjoyed the extra attention and goodies! We spent time at the pool, bar and restaurants...service was always impeccable and staff was very friendly! Location is spot on, allows for some good shopping at Palladium next door....and view from the room is spectacular

    The BEST luxury hotel in Mumbai!

    This is hands down the BEST hotel in Mumbai! We stayed here for 5 nights and boy were we happy! Right from the check in, to the swift introduction by our personal butler, the hotel only strives to make life easy for you! The first butler I interacted with was Romi - the day I checked in I had to immediately leave for some appointments and I had some things to be taken care of, Romi gave me her personal number and stayed in touch with me even from home after her shift. That is service that you only expect from excellence and what an introduction to the St. Regis caliber. She arranged my room change and my bag unpacking. Dermert was wonderful in helping me unpack. After that I met him in passing a few times during my stay and he would check-in with me, ask about my stay, and only be helpful with anything I needed. I also want to give a shout out to Sweta who helped my pack my bags upon check out. Sweta is such a friendly, helpful, and kind person. She was the best way to round up this wonderful stay! We had breakfast at the hotel for one of the days and came in touch with Aniket - super knowledgeable and entertaining. I hope I get to meet all of them on my next stay as I am DEFINITELY going to stay here again.     Stayed with the family for a week and had a great time ! Food at the hotel is lovely and staff across the board is very pleasant and helpful. We wanted to stay in Central Mumbai and hence the location worked perfectly fine for us , however it should be noted that the property is next to a big mall and is more often than not , extremely "busy" .Overall - everything worked perfectly fine for us , suited our requirements and hence the five star review !     Fantastic service and amenities. The staff really were the stand-out feature of this hotel. From front of house to the housekeeping staff, they were all superb.     Hospitality at its finest!!!!

    It was my first time staying at the St Regis, I was here with family for a family wedding and we were taken care of like we were royalty. Rooms upgraded at our earliest convenience, butler Khushi Vyas always went out of her way to do the utmost for us to have the best experience possible, with organising 3 birthday celebrations, a special treat, flowers and a box of mangoes to top it off! Would definitely recommend anybody who’s considering staying here to not think twice. Will be back again for sure.
