    I would like to update my initial review of Taj Aravali, Udaipur.Our stay did not start on a positive note. Upon check-in, the room allotted to us had several issues, including a loose shower fixture, an unclean kettle, a non-functional refrigerator, paint peeling from the walls, a dirty carpet, and hygiene concerns in the bathroom. These conditions were disappointing and certainly not what we expected from a property carrying the Taj name.However, after raising our concerns, Mr. Hanumant from the hotel personally intervened and took ownership of the situation. He promptly arranged for a room change and ensured that our concerns were addressed professionally and courteously.The replacement room was significantly better, and the effort made by Mr. Hanumant and his team helped restore our confidence in the hospitality standards that Taj is known for. Their willingness to listen, acknowledge the issue, and take corrective action deserves appreciation.While I believe the hotel should strengthen its room inspection and housekeeping processes to ensure such issues do not occur in the first place, I also believe good service is measured by how problems are resolved. In our case, the team made a genuine effort to turn the experience around.Thank you to Mr. Hanumant and the staff for their responsiveness. We now look forward to enjoying the remainder of our stay at Taj Aravali.

    "We stayed at Taj Aravali with my family, and it was truly a world-class experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. The doorman, Mr. Gopal, was extremely helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. The Housekeeping team, especially Payal and her team, did an excellent job in maintaining the room and ensuring our comfort. Mr. Rathore from the Front Office was also very helpful and professional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable."
