    Noisy and fairly average however friendly staff.

    Fairly average hotel, the pool was nice and friendly staff, room was clean and pretty small. However we were woken up at 6am by very very loud noises of people shouting, slamming doors, screaming and running around. Noisy for the entire morning so a very disturbed night sleep.!! Not impressed with that…

    Stay at 20 - 22 April 2023 with Family of four. Hotel is small like a boutique type but nice and cozy. Room is quite small for family room. Room is clean, bed is comfy, AC working with perfectly cold. There is one single bed and super King Size bed in this room. Fit for us 4 of persons. Smart TV provided and WiFi is good. Breakfast was good teste. Not many varieties but good enough. Location is good in the middle of Kuta area. Parking area is small but they have basement for some of vehicle.Overall Recommended for family 👍👍👍

    I stayed there for 2 days for my nyepi.Hoped that i could calm my mind. But all went wrong. Services was terrible.since my first arrival until my departure.No one came to make up my room.room service took so long everytime.food was awful.watermelon was not fresh for breakfast.receptionist was laying on the couch when i went to reception.spider web on ceiling.No efforts to provide a good service. No apology.Nothing special. The worst stay ever.wont come back for sure.So sad.No proffesionalism.

    The best points about the hotel are its location whoch is within shopping distance towards art market, convenience stores, and mall. Also the rooms have a nice and spacious design. However, wifi doesnt reach thr rooms so i have to stay by thr hallway or at the lounge downstaors to use it

    The only thing going for this hotel is the location, the friendly staff and the gym. Firstly there was no fridge or coffee,making facilities in the room but it clearly stated on booking .com that the room should have had them. That’s false representation. After attempting to talk with the manager over this I was informed that I had allegedly booked through Expedia which was untrue as I booked through Flight Centre. Myself and my partner just decided to accept it. The breakfast wasn’t too good either even for my Indonesian partner. Then on a number of occasions we didn’t receive shampoo and shower gel plus on one occasion we didn’t get clean towels and sometimes no hand towel at all. I had to asked for these regular facilities. I also asked about a shuttle to the airport and was informed that they don’t do that Sorry but this hotel needs a serious upgrade
