  As first time travelers to Bali, the Villa was in a Great Location.The Villa could do with a re fresh, the breakfast was very basic and could have been of more variety. I think for the price we paid there should have been more on arrival, Milk, Juices, fruit, would be a nice gesture for those who travel long distance and getting in quite late at night rather than having to find a store and stock up. The booking process was exceptional through the Sydney office with Ina, her communication was excellent even on the weekends if we required anything.Villa staff were very helpful during the entire stay, TV not in good working order, Ariel's need attention, and no channels worth watching, Overall, nice Villa and would stay again.

  Helpful booking process direct via their website. Greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome. My request for a dvd player was accommodated without fussI liked the privacy. The villa was not overlooked and offered peace and quiet for a week Breakfast was fine. Nothing special but prepared by super friendly ladies. Overall great value from a welcoming hospitality focused team. The villa could arguably use a minor makeover but it’s perfectly acceptable and comfortable. Also excellent value

  Beautiful villa shame about cleanliness & maintenance

  Just returned home from a four day visit to the arsa villa. On arrival we were really impressed, large pool, beautiful rooms and inviting open living lounge area. Although, when day light came and after our first 24 hours the little details that make a Bali visit luxury were missing. This villa has so much potential, it needs a good clean, lick of paint and appliances replaced. Bedding and towels were replaced daily, the floors were swept and sides cleaned although, the floors were dirty, as we're the bathrooms. Under the beds were disgusting !! Breakfast was standard, eggs - bacon - sausages although the kitchen was dirty, and the chopping board was really bad (this was used for chopping fresh fruit and egg filling). We only ate breakfast for one day and decided just to request toast. There was problems with the power and water ?? The AC felt cold at times although we found ourselves sweating during the night? Then to wake up with no running water, and no breakfast (as it was too unhygienic).. this villa did not reach expectations. Some small changes could be made that could improve a stay. My biggest complaint was the hygiene, we stayed home one day and the cleaners were in and out within 10 minutes...such a shame as it is a beautiful space just needs a make over and more personal touches.   Arsa Villa was better than we imagined after only going off images fromReviews and their website.The stay includes airport transfer so we were picked up by a driver, super handy considering how insane the arrivals area at Denpasar is with all the different modes of transport trying to get your business. When we got the villa we were greeted by Pande and his staff and check in was so easy. Everything was straight forward.There were a few minor issues at the start but were promptly rectified by Pande without hesitation or trouble. One massive tip would be to take down his whatsapp number and utilise the app in Bali as you can msg drivers, managers and businesses to order food and drink too. Breakfast is organised for the next day the day beforehand, they only do serve Hot American breakky so we ended up going to Seminyak village a couple of times for breakfast insteadThe pool was amazing and kept clean which was perfect in the hot weather. The super handy part was the water cooler/dispenser because you cannot drink the tap water in Bali it made it so much easier being provided.   We had a great stay at the Arsa Villa. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Our stay included free airport transfers and daily breakfast in the Villa. Panda the Villa manager greeted us on our arrival (even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning) and attended daily to assist with any bookings etc. the breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The Villa was very spacious and perfect for two couples. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the in house massage service. We would recommend Arsa Villa to all and hope to visit again soon.
