    Disappointing

    Not a great experience. Stayed in one of their hotel rooms and was so disappointed. Old, Tired, boring, dark, noisy, claustrophobic. No view and if you leave curtain open then it’s almost like having passersby people in the room with you. Lots of big ants and centipedes.Resort down a high walled dark laneway. Had issues just after checkin and staff said they would follow up and get back to me. They never did. When I chased them up they were quite unhelpful. Pool area is nice but is a bit rundown too. Tiles missing off pool floor. As I’m writing this I’m thinking why did I give it 2 out of 5. A 1 out of 5 wouldn’t have been far off. Thankful we didn’t opt for inclusive breakfast as the didn’t look great and neither did the area. There’s so many better options for cheaper around.

    Thank you Artemis Villa for a great base in Seminyak during our 2 week Bali trip.The staff were exceptional and a delight to interact with! Smiling, friendly, helpful, polite and happy to engage in friendly banter without them “overstepping the mark”. Whilst appreciative of ALL the staff, particular thanks to Ayuk in hospitality and your resident driver Com.The Villa was, refreshingly, as advertised on Agoda! The lovely, clean pool (my main go to feature when looking for hotels) was excellent with 2 smaller pools for the little ones (with supervision of course) or the swimmingly challenged. I loved the pool setting with the adjoining restaurant, the greenery in the gardens, and our room was clean & spacious with everything we needed. Reception staff were always available and knowing the Villa had a Security presence was welcomed.The Villa location was perfect. No “doof doof” music at night and only a minute away from the busy (but not too frantic) main street where there were many restaurants, shops, convenience stores, ATMs, Taxis and pubs/nightclubs with entertainment (Frankensteins Laboratory and Double O One for karaoke were our favourites). Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and the same to the big Bintang Supermarket/Variety complex.Many things to praise about Villa Artemis and I will end this review by highlighting how great the staff were. Thank You !!

    This is a really nice place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast is nice. I think there is only 20 or so rooms/villas so the place is not busy. The main is amazing and relaxing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa and it was perfect, there isn’t an aircon in the main lounge area, so it can get a bit hot and the beds are a bit hard, but outside of that highly recommend. The security are very nice and friendly also

    The Hotel is close to the energy of Seminyak but far enough away from the buzz of night light to enjoy a peace sleep. It is less than 5 minutes away from the main drag and a 10 minute walk from the beach.The rooms(villas) are large as are the beds, very acceptable. A little attention to detail and maintenance needed.Recommended

    I was very disappointed with this place from arrival. The location was 25 mins walking from central Seminyak and you had to walk down a dark alley to get here.Rooms need a re vamp.Cleanliness was poor - former guests toothpaste in the shower / bin now emptied on arrival.Shower pressure 1/10.The place is dated and online photos don't look like the actual property. The pool area had 4 sun beds, shaded mainly.
