  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

  Place is dirty room we book wasn’t available some how and they gave us another room which had no windows at all and when i woke up in the morning I found another 2 person exactly the same situation. I let this know to booking and i cancel our stay , left straight away. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE IN YOUR HOLIDAY. Dont waste your time don’t waste your money!

  It's like a private house or villa. We can't park inside, we have to park our car outside (there's an empty field beside their neighbors to park our car) - the staff is friendly and using no kind of hotel system (no computer, no receipt once you paid your reservation) - the staff escort us to our room and she didn't explain anything about the facilities. We have to find out by ourself. The AC didn't work at all, it's quite hot inside the room and we have to open our door to get the air. The bathroom was not clean, we can see some hair on the floor, no tissue for the toilet now, there's a hole on the wooden parquet. The pool is so short, no privacy at all. We decided to do early check out around 6 pm, so sorry but we will definitely not come back.

  Please do not be fooled by the photos. These must have been taken at least 10 years ago. This location is also in quite a secluded, run down area, with quite a lot of semi feral dogs. On arrival I could not wheel my suitcase to reception or to my accommodation as the slabs were so loose and uneven. They did not accept card for payment, but agreed to keep my passport to allow me to pay with cash the following day. The villa I was presented with was okay but very tired and basic and in desperate need of repair. The sliding door did not close properly and I could not lock it, which did make me feel quite uneasy being a lone female holidaymaker. I was a little wary coming home and going out as it was very dark after 6pm and not in a busy tourist sort of area. The walk to the beach was actually okayish in the day and took about 10-15 minutes along a main road with no pavements. My experience to follow was quite traumatic as on the third day I got up and went to venture out to the beach to get breakfast etc. And just as I walked out of the accommodation onto the street I passed a dog lying down on the road and i passed and put my foot on the wall to adjust my sandal, the dog shot up and bit me quite badly on the back of my leg. I was devastated and this ruined my holiday with numerous hospital visits and no swimming etc. I later was informed by Bali elephant staff that the same dog did this to another guest about one month before and nothing was done about the dog and it was owned by the man next door. Later when my family arrived, I moved to another hotel as I didn't feel secure or comfortable at Bali elephants at all. I haven't yet received a refund for the lost 4 days and don't expect I will now ☹ Please note my 2 star review is purely based on the accommodation, not taking the dog attack into consideration.

  This is not the site of villa we booked at first. When we reached here we were told that it was full.The owner send us to another villa which has the same name as this instead. The villa was good overall !

  worst stay in bali

  Went to this villa in October 2017. We were planning to stay here for 4 nights. The moment I stepped into this place I regretted choosing it as my retreat. The so called bangalow was actually a small hut.There was a small pool but the water was not clean. One of my family member ended up vomitting with diarrehea the whole night after accidently swallowing the water from the pool.The hut that we stayed in was stuffy and the air condition was not powerful enough to cool the room. There was no remote for the fan so we were unable to control the speed.The extra bed we requested was uncomfortable.The staff here is just as incompetant as you can expect. Didn't even help us with our baggage!The reservation I made included breakfast and sorry to say the breakfast was simply horrible. They didn't even bother to cover the food which they send over to our hut. They say a picture paints a thousand words but the picture of this place is so misleading I actually feel cheated by it.Anyway we felt so miserable staying here for the night and decided to pack up and leave the very next day and checked in somewhere else.Well this will be my one and only time staying here. Giving this place a 1 star is above me.
