In general it’s ok for one night stay or for tourists with low budget.Pros:Price, nice territory and pool, quite location right in the center of noisy Legian, most places are reachable on foot, helpful and friendly staff, nice wooden furniture a bit old though, big rooms. The location can be inconvenient if you drive a bike, or take a taxi, have to wait for a long time. Legian street is a very busy, one way road at that point, heavy traffic from morning till late evening.Cons:The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovation, looks like it has management issues. In our bathroom we had leaking waterbasing and cracked mirror. Very noisy AC block mounted right on the balcony, the condensation from it was on the floor. Cleaning is very basic, not every day and with low quality. Simple breakfast, poor choice, but tasty(except coffee). We saw couple rats hanging around the kitchen. Advice. If you stay around Legian street, obviously you will need to exchange your currency to rupiah. Never use “Authorized Money Exchange” places, there are many of them on that street and looks like people use them. Usually they have higher rate than in real exchanges and they look miserable, some time it’s just a small room with a counter and a calculator. They will fool you and steal part of your money. Just count the money when they give you it and you will see the trick, they drop part of banknotes behind the counter after the final counting in front of you. So better beware and use BNI or Kuta Exchange.

Stay away from this hotel. The housekeeper stole our charger and denied it. Bad breakfast and bad coffee. Not friendy staff at all. Just a recommendation from me to stay away. Bad toilets and showers, wired animals too here.

    Cosy rooms and friendly staff!

Stayed here sometime last year and enjoyed every bit of our stay here. We had prior knowledge that RedDoorz @ Legian Street was also named Bali Sorgawi Hotel hence we didn't have any difficulty in finding the property. However if you don't know this then it would be easy to miss out on spotting the small & long road leading up to the hotel. It is along Legian Street and is one of the small lanes to your right. Look out for a red colour 'RedDoorz @ Legian Street' signboard and blue colour 'Bali Sorgawi Hotel' signboard to make it easier to find this hotel. It is the same row before you reach the Skygarden club. Overall I loved my stay here as the rooms are very cosy, linens changed everyday, bathroom is okay and staff are very friendly. Thank you Bali Sorgawi Hotel for making my stay perfect!

the price is ok but the service ????

the staffs are more friendly toward the western foreigners, but less friendly toward the local visitors (Indonesians) ...we 'd tried to talk with the owner but they still protected their own staffs ...what a shame ! we visited and stayed upthere only once but not again in the future !
