Bought a gold necklace last year which I paid over £500 for. Chain snapped after 6 months. Took back this year and they fixed the chain but had pieces missing and it wasn't symmetrical anymore. Was really disappointed. I usually deal with Tahir but was told last year he had moved away! This is not true though he is still in Marmaris.

After reviewing the matter with the jewelry store, we were informed that the necklace chain had broken during use and that some parts of the item were unfortunately not brought in during the repair process. For this reason, the necklace may now appear asymmetrical due to the missing pieces.Although the item had been purchased approximately two years ago, the jewelry team still carried out the repair free of charge as a gesture of guest satisfaction. We were also informed that appreciation was expressed at the time of collection following the repair.We truly wish the concern regarding the appearance had been communicated directly during delivery, as this may have allowed the jeweler to explore an alternative solution immediately.Regarding the staff member mentioned in your review, due to personal data protection and privacy policies, we are unfortunately unable to share information about current or former employees with third parties.Sizleri tekrar ağırlamak ve birlikte daha nice güzel anılar biriktirmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.Guest Services

Had an amazing ten days. Felt right at home, everyone is so friendly and loving,been four years in a row and can’t wait for many more. Big shout out to the new entertainment/Animation team they fit right in and make everyone feel like their best friends always cracking jokes,getting everyone to join in games and you can tell they love their job. 10/10 experience!!
