Location

On the coral hill, the hotel is located on Nusa Lembongan Island to the south-east of Bali. The hotel is accessible from Bali's eastern coast (about 12 km away) and is just a one-hour boat ride from Sanur Beach.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the reception desk before settling into their accommodation. 23 rooms are available. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player and WiFi are provided as well. Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site fishing. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as canoeing and snorkelling. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath and a solarium. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Our first stay on the Island and so blessed to stay at this resort in a quiet location. When I walked into our spacious villa I was blown away. The bed linen top notch (a little uncomfortable) outdoor shower and bath. Sit on the balcony to appreciate the beautiful ocean each morning and evening.Value is reasonable. Cleanliness is good.Noise level generally good.Service good Amenities - Restaurant served excellent quality food. Choice of pool areas. The pool overlooking the ocean is quiet which is nice.Location - A short walk to Coconut Bay with a store. To the right a few restaurants/ bars to enjoy a cocktail 🍸or bintang!!Access to each villa is via a buggy driven by staff. If you are fit use the steps!!Boat Trip - SETIA were very helpful. It was worth paying extra to have our large cases taken care of on arrival to the island up to the resort.

    We have just returned from 4 nights at Batu Karang. What an amazing place. Location is perfect, rooms spacious and the staff were next level. Special mention to Ketut for the 2 boat trips we went on. An experience we will talk about for years to come. 3 kids 14,11 and 7 and we felt safe and well looked after the whole time. We will be back

    Lovely place, great location, friendly staff, good facilities. They cater for coeliac guests with gluten-free options. Their breakfast-inclusive stay is definitely worth it and this is a great place for those seeking to make most of this beautiful island. You can easily access great surfing and snorkeling spots through the deck along the coast. Management is very caring and responsive, western standards and 5 stars experience for sure.

    We stayed at Batu Karang Lembongan for five nights and it was an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end.The views are breathtaking, simply unreal. The food is on another level — truly amazing. Everything we tried was delicious, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. The cocktails were also excellent, and the pools were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island.We loved is that they have a buggy service that takes you from the restaurant to your villa, which makes everything very comfortable and easy. The breakfast y excellent. The service overall was outstanding — everyone treats you incredibly well and makes you feel genuinely welcome.The staff was always happy to help with tour recommendations and were available for absolutely anything we needed at any moment. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had all the comforts we could ask for. Honestly, this stay was much better than we ever imagined or dreamed of.We truly want to thank from the bottom of our hearts everyone who took care of us — security, buggy drivers, reception, restaurant staff, and every single person involved. You all made this experience unforgettable and incredibly special.We are already making plans to return soon because we honestly can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan.

    Undisclosed active constructionsite right next door.

    We had booked two villas next to each other, both with private pools. Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that a large construction site was located directly beside the villas. This was never disclosed in the booking information, neither on Hotels.com nor on the hotel’s own website.We raised the issue with the hotel right away, but no action was taken. The following morning, we were woken at 7 a.m. by heavy construction noise, which continued throughout the day. As the noise made the villas unusable, we contacted reception to explain that this was not an acceptable situation.Because the booking was made through Hotels.com, we were referred back and forth between the hotel and their customer service. After several conversations—having to repeat the entire situation multiple times—the hotel presented what they described as an upgrade.This “upgrade” consisted of two suites without private pools, located far apart and connected internally by a staircase. Accepting this would have meant losing the key features we had paid for: private pools and neighboring accommodation. We therefore declined.After hours without any response, we were informed that the hotel had refused any form of refund or price adjustment, and Hotels.com would not pursue the matter further. Only when we requested early check-out did the hotel manager begin offering alternative suites with pools, but by then our onward plans were already in place.We checked out early without compensation, a price reduction, or even an apology, and were asked to sign a document waiving our right to claim a refund—which we refused. For a high-end resort, this level of handling and communication was extremely disappointing.The staff was very friendly though, all credits to them. Definitely a problem higher up. Don’t stay at the villas while the construction is still ongoing.
