  Rooms are below average and small. Bathroom ok. Breakfast was terrible. Wifi doesn't work. Many mosquitoes . Hotel staff were nice but that was weird. He seemed friendly but was more interested in selling us a tour than giving good service. We stayed here mainly because we needed a place close to the base of Mount Batur where trekking started from. But I would recommend finding a better place.

  Probably onced this was a great hotel, but not anymore. No mantenance at all. The tap was leaking for 2 days, reception empty, first thing you find at the restaurant is a durian...and its beautiful smell. Two nights and they never cleaned the room. What a disgrace. Such a beautiful location and so abandoned.

  DO NOT get tempted by the pictures of this place. Rooms were below average and small. Bathroom was okay. Breakfast was terrible. Wifi was not working. Lot of mosquitoes and flies around. Hotel staff is good but the manager was strange. He appeared friendly but was more interested in selling tours to us than providing a good service. We stayed here mainly because we needed a place closer to the base of Mt Batur from where the trek starts. But I would recommend find a better place.

  We was testing this hotel in Nov. 2014 you can´t pay with cardat this time we was alone in the hotelthe restaurant is swimming on the water.nice but a little bit brokenthe romantic dinner need long time but was good balinise food.More information you can get from us , if you contakt us.

  I stayed three nights at this hotel as I was visiting a friend in Kintamani. When I check in the manager at the parking lot can't find my booking.... lucky, I with a local he can talked to him then waiting 30 minutes later, he was not reluctantly give me lumbung room upstairs. the room was unclean, moist and smell. too many spider webs too scary. washroom very smelly and damp. I am not recommend stay there.The breakfest was ok. the waiter very friendlyI suggest go to the floating restaurand have a tea, because of the view of Mt Batur and Lake Batur priceless view.if the management can improve, I think it worth to stay there...
