    Need to improve customer service

    We had an enquiry at the reception desk and couldn't even get the manager to leave his office to talk to us, kept sending out staff who couldn't help. Not good customer service . Wouldn't stay here again. Been to Bali many times & all other hotels have been great.

    A good little hotel connected to the larger Bintang Bali Resort. The rooms are a good size and very clean. They have everything you need from a hotel room. It has a good sized pool with swim up bar. Best part is you’re allowed to use all the facilities of the Bintang Bali Resort next door.

    The best stay, room was clean, staffs was very friendly & helpful. The location is very strategic, close to anywhere, between Lippo Plaza & Discovery Mall.It also has access to the beach directly behind the resort, which is connected to the hotel.Breakfast was also GREAT!Hope we meet again sometime soon! ??

    Another fantastic stay at the bintang kuta hotelVery good hotel very friendly and helpful staff, good food,you can also use the facilities in sister hotel Bintang Bali resort, we've been returning to this hotel for many years now and will stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

    I’m currently at this hotel in my last few days of a 4 week stay.It has been even better than last year and I won’t repeat what I said in my 2022 review of the hotel but the improvements have been better Wi-Fi strength in the rooms and around the pool and reception area and the addition of the outdoor breakfast egg station.As last year, every member of staff has been exceptional and are a credit to the hotel. Many of the staff remember me from last year and greet me by my first name which is lovely.Special mention to the lovely ladies who cleaned my room to a very high standard every day.I cannot find fault with this hotel, yet again, the cleanliness of every area is impeccable. If I was to suggest one improvement however it would be the provision of a few outdoor non smoking tables at breakfast.I’m already considering returning next year and hope to meet again some of the lovely guests I have met in the hotel
