This place is more for the locals. Tourists please avoid this place. We stayed for 14days, and had terrible experience with the local tour groups. They were basically behaving like animals. Knocking doors and ringing doorbells. The staff are awesome people, but they can't manage rowdy groups. I was told to put up the "do not disturb" sign. Then eventually my kids were woken and had to change our room. As I'm writing now, there's another group trying to open my door. No point bringing it up to them already. I rarely saw any foreigners here, and the reason is evident. NVR coming back here

I stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is quite good and offers excellent facilities. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I'm especially grateful to Kartika, the room attendant, for consistently keeping my room so clean and comfortable

The Brits Hotel Legian is a delightful choice for accommodation in Legian. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere for guests. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite not being directly in the shopping and entertainment center, the hotel is conveniently located close enough to easily access these attractions.

I very Good accomodation and place. The staff are very freindly . Kudos to AFOM Suparta and Conceirge Aswin who take care of me and my family. The food is good and the room is very clean. The breakfast is nice and tasty. The facilities are awesome

The Bed is the best, very comfortable but the clean lines need to improve especially underneath the bed. found empty bottles and dusty.The lobby area is too dark. Front Office staff are well groomed and helpfull..
