Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

    1/5 — This Is Not a Resort. This Is a Warning.Bucu View Resort might be the most misleading place I’ve ever stayed. If this is considered a “resort,” then I’m the King of Bali.• The room floor was so slippery I thought they waxed it with cooking oil. Enter at your own risk — one wrong step and you’ll meet the floor personally.• The shower is a joke.Less than 1×1 meter. If you raise your arm, you’ll punch the wall. If you turn around, you hit the glass. It feels like showering inside a broom closet.• The water system is a hazard.There’s no warm water. It’s either freezer-cold or lava-hot. I burned my hand. Why go to a spa for a skin peel when you can get one for free here?• The AC is loud enough to qualify as airport background noise.It’s a wall unit placed above the entrance door, screaming non-stop. The floor even heats up from it. Sleep? Not in this lifetime.• The TV is basically decoration.It’s bolted in place facing the tiny sofa. Want to watch from the bed? Too bad. Comfort is not part of the design concept here.• The bed is rock hard.I’ve slept better on airport chairs. I genuinely wonder if they forgot the mattress and just wrapped a plank with a sheet.• Full Wi-Fi signal but internet slower than 2009.Max 10 mbps. Maybe they think we’re here to meditate on buffering screens.• Breakfast is almost insulting.ONE meal. That’s it. No buffet, no variety, no resort standards. I’ve had more choices at a gas station.• And the best part?They tried to compensate me — sweet gesture — but nothing they offered could fix the disaster this stay was.They could hand me a golden coconut and it still wouldn’t change the experience.⸻FINAL VERDICT:If you enjoy slippery floors, boiling water, roaring AC, stiff beds, slow Wi-Fi, and sad breakfast portions, this is your paradise.If not, save yourself.There are cheaper hotels around that provide actual comfort — something this “resort” desperately fails to deliver. bucu view, Owner at Bucu View Resort, responded to this review Dear Mr. Alfatarsyi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Floor ConditionAll of our rooms use the same flooring material. If the surface felt slightly slippery, it may have been because the room had just been cleaned and mopped prior to your arrival.2. Water TemperatureOur hot and cold water system was checked and found to be working normally. The previous guest staying in the same room did not experience any issues.3. Television SetupThe position and installation of the TV follow our standard room design. We have not received complaints regarding this setup, as most guests find it comfortable and functional.4. Bathroom Size & LayoutOur bathrooms are designed with separate areas for the shower, bathtub, and toilet. The dimensions and layout follow our internal standards and are consistent across the room category.5. Air Conditioning SystemThe AC units are installed according to industry standards, with the outdoor unit positioned outside the room. After inspection, no unusual noise or malfunction was detected.6. Compensation ProvidedWe provided the highest level of compensation available, which was a complimentary upgrade to our highest room category the One Bedroom Private Pool Villa with River View. This room type is significantly larger, more comfortable, and of higher value. This solution should reasonably be considered more than sufficient, rather than a basis to insist on a refund.7. Breakfast ServiceWe offer à la carte breakfast in line with our resort concept. Unlike city hotels, buffet breakfast is not part of our standard. Thousands of guests have enjoyed our breakfast service with this system, and you've also received a complimentary main course from us. You've stayed with us for 3 nights as per your reservation, and we're glad you had a comfortable stay with us.     True magic experience

    It's hard to count how many hotels I've been but it's the first time when I literally said out loud a big WOW when entering an apartment terrace... The view of a wild jungle just outside with a tiny private swimming pool next to me. All resort is just magical, breakfast are great, location perfect. And what's top of the top is staff . Everyone knows that people of Bali are extra kind and friendly, but here they are even better. All of them, but a girls behind the desk, Ersa and Sakahr, are true mistresses of kindnes.     Infinity pool overlooking the rain forest!!

    Incredible boutique hotel near the centre of Ubud. Great views from the infinity pool looking over the rain forest. Calm and quiet and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Room was well equipped and spacious. Food and drinks from the restaurant were amazing as were the staff. Breakfast was very good, must have improved it since the last reviews! The pool bar wasn’t staffed but I’m sure we could have got a drink if we’d asked.Highly recommend*the bathrooms require some ventilation installed as there was signs of damp.     What a fantastic hotel. I stayed for 5 nights here and it was so brilliant. Room was so spacious and clean. Balcony was great to sit and relax in over looking the scenery. Pool area is so nice to relax at. Infinity pool looking out into the forest. Breakfast is superb, so many different options.
