  Worst house on the best street

  As the title suggests, this location is pretty awesome. The view is beautiful to wake up to. That’s about where the goodness ends. We stayed here a few years back and it was quite nice, but now it is very dated. Things are broken and not fixed etc place needs a revamp badly !! With a bit of TLC C151 could be restored to its former glory. Good spot to go if ya have wanna look like a 5 Star baller on social media when really you’re living that 2 Star life. Staff are wonderful.

  Need to renovate the villa

  When we arrived to the villa it was in poor condition it seems they spent quite a lot of money to build it then have let it run down without any maintaining of the place. The view is incredible and the staff were great but the owners need to get serious and fix it up if they want the business to flourish in the future.

  I think the view was great, but unfortunately the villa was not well maintained. The floor was dirty when i move in. The utensils was incomplete. In the coffee machine, there were remaining residue of coffee from the previous guest. I think it was such a shame that the villa was not as expected.

  Me and my bridal party were so looking forward to staying at C151 the night before my wedding. I was hoping for a relaxing stay where I could unwind before the big day. But unfortunately C151 did not live up to my expectations. Do not let the professional photographs fool you. When we first walked into the place we were amazed but on closer inspection we found the place dirty, tired and poorly maintained. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the villa the automatic doors (front door to the villa) had broken, then up until 9pm we had maintenance men coming and going trying to fix it when we are supposed to be relaxing for the wedding the following day. Then to be told that the door could not be fixed and it would have to be left open!! We could not believe it that the management of this place thought this was acceptable, five females staying in a villa not being able to lock the front door! Needless to say this was the beginning of a string of issues. We rang the lobby to ask to be taken to somewhere where we could buy a bottle of wine, the manager said they would come straight away.. an hour later we are still waiting so a couple of us decided to walk down to the lobby to see what was happening, to find the manager sitting eating his dinner and on his phone, we couldn’t believe it! We were then driven around Uluwatu for half an hour to find somewhere where we could buy wine as we could not from the resort. In addition to this, there was no hot water in the showers, the shower leaked terribly and left a swimming pool in the bathroom, the tv’s did not work properly, there were stained sheets on the bed, empty wine bottles left from previous guests and the list goes on! I was extremely dissapprinted with my stay here as were my other guests. This place has a lot of potential but is poorly maintained and the lack of English spoken by staff did not help. I will not be returning here and feel people should know the state that the place is in before they consider spending thousands per night on this place.   Amazing view but disgracefully maintained

  It is very sad to see how badly these villas have depreciated. Yes the view and position is amazing, and this makes it even more disappointing to see how they have been left uncared for and not maintained. The staff were friendly but not resourced to repair the endless list of items in our villa that were not in proper working order. Pool had a leak near our door meaning flooring was ruined from constant water inside, many light switches and sound system didn't work, one light could not be switched off, large crack in full length window out to pool, cigarette burns in furniture, tap in bathroom corroded so badly couldn't turn on, spa did not work, kitchen appliances and cupboards so damaged and dirty we could not bring ourselves to use them. Balustrading on stairs broken and unsafe, lights on decks ripped out, the list is endless. One of the rooms sits vacant and is virtually falling with smashed ceiling and walls and pools left half full and unattended to.We were curious to understand how the property could be in such bad condition, and learned that the owner of the villas is apparently an award winning property developer. Clearly those giving the award did not look into the quality of his past work.
