    Great location! in a calm , beautiful area

    We came regularly to this nice appart hotel during the last years. The team of Manager Putu is really friendly and helpful! Casa Bidadari is located in a calm area in Seminyak.The rooms ( Living Room+ Kitchen area and Bedroom) are bright and and absolutely comfortable.We share some really nice memories in this place.

    rented long term rental and mgt could not remedy constant problems nor would they credit us for their inadequate service. many amenities promised but never consistently provided- we think we were lucky to get 70% of what we paid for. after moving in a quiet restaurant directly across the street- less than 60 feet away started having horrendously bad rock bands play every night, 7 days a week until midnight and we had rented the place as it was promised to be quiet and a good place for our 4 yr old. value of the rental asked is less than 40% of the rent they are charging- at best.

    After long way from java, I’ve arrived in casa bidadari at 9pm.. it was no body in the reception desk! After waiting for 15 minuets, I decide to call 3 numbers from the business card which is lay on their desk! 1 fixline and 2 mobile numbers! But guess what, no body pick up the phone, even much more worse they purposely left their phone on the desk... it’s been 40 minuets away, still no one show up 😔 someone from the room looking for the receptionist too,i said i was here almost 1h. And this guy said but his motorcycle parked right there. He wait for 10 minuets and go away!! It is really 10:30pm he coming from the back side say hello to me, I asked him where have u been?? He not answering, i keep asking him couples of time he just said i was in the room!!!&@%* WHAAAAT, excuse me? 1h and half our?? What the hell u doing there? Well do u want to check in or not?? Madaaafakaa!!!! So RUDE!!! This guy called ketut... yea u look shyeet as your fart name man!

    We had two adjoining rooms for our family of four. The kids loved stepping out of the rooms to the pool and although the weather wasn't great they enjoyed hours in the pool.Staff were lovely and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The rooms were comfortable however the bathrooms are probably due for an upgrade - for the price it was great.Easy walking distance to the main shopping street in Seminyak- with a couple of excellent coffee shops worth the 5 min walk (Souq, Tribe).Overall good value for money with pleasant and hospitable staff
