    Yes and No. Space, confirt and layout was good. But, When asked foe bath towels, was not helpful. The hotel is considered resort, but, didn't provide hand towels. They said use kleenex. No lotion. Area around the hotel was not explored because our check in was late around 9 pm. 2nd night also, we came to the hotel after 9 pm.The wifi was very bad. You never know when you have lost the wifi. This is really bad.I found the reception staff very unhelpful.English is very poor. Restaurant staff don't understand much English. They mix up omelets and eggs. They ran out of corn on the cob on day 2 of our morning breakfast. Overall, resort has very good ambience, many expensive wooden crafts, but, very cheap and counting for small things.     Ayu was the best!! She showed me some cool places and all in all was a great waitress! She was Kind and knew everything about the menu, just overall a great experience in the hotel!     Disappointing.

    This hotel only feels like a 3 star hotel hence giving it 3/5. We upgraded to a villa as our original room was very tired. The villa was nice with a comfortable bed but so many little issues with it. For example, one side of the bed had no bedside table or plug so I had to use the desk chair. The outdoor bathroom was spacious but the loo was so close to the shower that it got wet every time we showered. The sink towel rail is under an open part so you couldn’t hang towels there in the rain. The construction of the villas means there are loads of open gaps and so not only is this a waste of air con, but also bugs come in. The breakfast was not good. Cheap bread and pastries that had flies all over it. Uncovered fruit. We also found one of the hotel events unacceptably bad. Cold food and badly organised. It spoiled one of our evenings. It says there is a bar but nobody is ever there and I was given an incredulous look when I asked about cocktails. It’s also really far from Ubud centre and a very limited shuttle service, which sometimes left late. There are so many staff everywhere, but they don’t seem to be doing anything. Not very impressed.     Relaxing, accommodating and beautiful stay :-)

    I stayed at royal ganesha Casa for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy, with a great view of the pool and rice fields and the nature in this hotel is absolutely gorgeous!. I had a Balinese massage in the spa which was amazing , very relaxing 10/10. Breakfast buffet was included, there could have been more freshly cooked options, but it was still good.The staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. Odin, Oka and Nia were particularly kind and very accommodating, aswell as the rest of the staff. I would rate the hospitality 10/10!Great hotel with a good location, around 10 minutes from central Ubud.I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are wanting an accommodating, beautiful space to relax.
