    This was the worst hotel experience of my whole life. Staff was nice, but the room was so dirty. At first it looked good, but then we discovered stains all over the sheets, used qtips on the floor, 1 year worth of dust under the bed. And the bathroom… Where do i even start, it was so dirty everywhere, there was a hole in the wall filled with cockroaches and it looked like someone had thrown dirt all over the bathroom door. And there also was a severe stench probably from mold. Don’t ever visit this hotel.

    the bathroom, and the room was very dirty and with a strange smell... the bed is not good! i booked 3 nights there but i only spent 1 night, i was not confortable. i leave the baggage there for the rest of the days cause i went to gili spent that 2 nights, and when i arrive they wanted to charge me more for the late check out even when i didn’t had the breakfast any day neither spent the nights there that were already paied. don’t recomend

    the staff is very rude, peeping, it's better not to choose this hotel.very horrible experience in my life...never try to stay in this place. think before booking. read some review from other. really dirty brain staff!!!

    It's okay if you are in a really tight budget, but don't expect too much from this hotel. We booked 5 ensuite rooms for a family trip, which were supposed to be the best in their price range. Some of the rooms were clean, despite the old furniture. But two of the rooms were very poor, my sister in law found three cockroaches in her room, and my mum couldn't flush the toilet.

    The room was dirty, smelly and full of small flies. I had a dust allergy... The towels were not clean, the bed sheets were full of staints and the pillows were smelly too. There was lipstick on one of the cups...Only 2 members of the staff could understand and speak a bit of English. When we were staying at the pool the staff kept starring at us... Hard to relax in your own hotel...Looks like it once was a beautiful place to stay but it clearly need some more care.
