    It needs renovation

    The worst of all hotels throughout our 2 weeks Bali journey. Although the location in the midst of rice fields has great potential the hotel itself needs urgently a renovation. The big sun umbrella at the pool is only the metal skeleton without any cover. The rooms are dirty, the toilet wasn't flushing or refilling, we couldn't change rooms (only guest in the entire hotel) as the air-conditioning in the other room wasn't working. The jacuzzi was broken ... you get the point. As mentioned a renovation is a MUST. I can't recommend this hotel at all. It missed everything. Only exception was the wonderful young lady serving us dinner that night. She was a lovely lady with great attitude, super friendly and smiling the Balinese charming way. At least one great impression. Big compliment to her. The food itself was also very delicious.Another highlight was the guide for our rice field walk. He was very friendly, polite and helpful to my friends wife when struggling with the ups and downs of the hike. We didn't know he worked at the hotel as well until we saw him the next morning when we checked out.

    We had room in the villas on the other side of the road. From comments in trip advisor, looks like all rooms are not exactly the same. You need to select carefully when booking.View from the room is astonishing, very spacious bedrooms and bathroom. This is a tropical atmosphere with open spaces between roof and walls for ventilation. Hence you might find gecko in the room. No harm. Anyway there are moustiquaires to protect the beds.Food is very good.Swimming pool is not heated and this is in altitude hence water can be tempered....Charming place where we would go back definitively but you need to be aware that this is an experience, not an anonymous room

    I Have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed it. The best part is the peace and quiet, the pool is a blessing. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is very good. Wifi is ok can send text and emails no problem. Overall another great stay.Enjoy

    Rooms ok - slightly damp but then it was raining a lot! However comfortable and lovely view over rice paddies. No interconnecting rooms so we squeezed 4 into 1 room - 3 in a king size and 1 rollaway bed. Travelling with kids aged 8 and 10. Did a lovely walking tour from here and a temple tour. Probably too long for kids and not quite enough to keep them happy, however as it was the 2 rainy days of our trip it worked out well we were travelling in the van a lot! Staff really friendly and helpful. Restaurant food lovely.

    Nice Hotel, Amazing Landscape

    Nice hotel in the middle of nature surrounded by villages, rice fields, and rainforest. The villas are good and clean with a big bathroom. You can book a tour and go for a walk through villages and nature around the hotel with a guide. Outdoor pool, jacuzzi, poolside terrace with chairs and a nice view which you can lie there for sunbathing. It's a calm and peaceful place to relax for a while.
