  Awful hotel!

  I’ve never left a bad review before as I know you get what you pay for but we stayed last week and I suggest you avoid! Advertised as having an entertainment programme- there isn’t one! Supposed to have a mini bar in the rooms but don’t. There is 24 sun beds for about 150 guests so unless you put a towel down at 1am you’ve no chance! We got there and there was no booking! Drinks in the all inclusive were awful, food was worse! Certainly isn’t much to choose from, you couldn’t even have toast at breakfast! Reception is like being in your nanas lounge! Not much to do in the area. Rude staff on reception. I could carry on but won’t.

  If I could rate this in the minus, I would. Unless you’re German you’ll hate it. The hotel and staff also lie to holiday companies when you complain. There are ZERO English speakers. A couple of staff have pigeon English at best. The rooms are terrible and very uncomfortable hard beds with a hessian sack as a sheet. There was no buffet at all, just what you were served which was all German and ZERO menu to read/translate. One plus point was that the cafe outside is really nice. Blatantly lied to out holiday company about their facilities etc and reason we checked out after one night. The locals know this hotel as a ONE STAR hotel. They laugh about how the stars on the sign outside have been falling off one by one and when they’re replaced, they fall off again. That was from the cafe owner.

  Stayed here for one week with my wife and kids September 2019. Arrived early hours of the morning got the keys to room and was shocked how big it was it had 2 bedrooms and was cleanStaff can not speak much English only the bar staff who are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy. Close to clothes shops and market for bargains.The food was not to our taste salads and some fresh meat daily. The food is more for Russians and germans.We enjoyed our stay for the price we paid.

  Food - breakfast all the time the same, not much to choose, lunch - changes, but nothing interesting to try, dinner - also, nothing interesting, not much to choose, but despite everything, food is tasty, fruits just apples and oranges, so everyrhing is really simple. Rooms - lived in a double room, 5th floor, room was not clean, clean service is bad, towels changing every day, just view from the balcony was beautiful. Hotel area - clean, really small, but cozy, shadows comes in the afternoon, because of trees and bar umbrella, so if you need a sun, yoy have to go to the beach, where sun is shining all day until sunset. The beach area is rocky, need to wear water shoes or be really careful, because you can fall and get hurt. There is a bar, where you can drink wine and other fresh drinks, like cola, fanta, sprite, water. Sun beds are not free - 1 euro per day, even you are all inclusive. Internet also is 1 euro per day, works in reception, near the pool and in the beach.Near hotel, there is some kind of city - you can walk in alley, where is a lot of shops, cafe, bars and so on.Anyway, think good if you want to go in this hotel, because you can destroy your holidays by choosing this hotel. Anyway, if you are going to travel all day, and go back to hotel, just to lay your head, this is kind of a choise.

  We travelled here in july as a family 2adults 2 children from the uk and all I can say is our stay there wasnt very good they where unable to help when our air con didnt work as they wernt very sure of what we were trying to explain they spoke very little english our towels never got replaced in the whole week we spent here the food was ok if you can manage to eat mostly rice and salad as for the snacks inbetween meal times was always burgers chips and onion rings no other option the children did enjoy the pool as it was kept very clean there is plenty of local shops markets and also a short bus ride into alanya but I have to give the bar staff an amazing thumbs up they took time in looking after you they also tried to make u feel as welcome as possible and was shocked at how easy there english was in my opinion they should of been front of house so for the hotel and staff I reviewed them a 3star but that was only because we really like the bar staff
