Location

This resort is located right in the heart of Ubud.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 8 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, golf and horse riding are available. With canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, the resort also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, darts and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Luxurious Honeymoon Stay

    My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon with an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to help us with anything we needed. The rooms are stunning - we loved the mid-century modern designs, the beautiful views of the jungle from your patio, and the attention to cleanliness. Being tucked away in the valley with a river gorge next to the property gifts you an incredible ambiance of the sounds of humming bugs, chirping birds, and rushing water throughout the day. We also really appreciated the customized journeys and excursions offered - we took advantage of the north Bali retreat to see rice fields and waterfalls and the Mt Batur Sunrise Hike. Even during the slower wet season, it was an incredible trip all around!     I had the best stay ever in this state-of-the-art hotel!!!I am a flight attendant and know tons of hotels: But this one is truly special and I am not exaggerating here!!The view straight into the jungle is simply healing, the whole ambience of the facility is outstanding.The staff, guest relation, everything was excellent.Usually, I don't do reviews, but this hotel deserves 12 out of 10 points.If you wanna treat yourself with something special, this is the place to be!     Our last leg on Bali was Ubud and Chapung sebali resort. After a long day we arrived to the resort the staff welcoming us at the front already they was amazing they give us all details about the facility and showed us our room with details of how things are operated in the room.(AC, shaders, other useful things...) after occupying our room we realised that it was not fitted to our needs enough...it was our miss pick not the resort's fault!! We asked them to help us find a bigger room and or any possible solution bc we stud there for 5 nights our longest stay on one place and here comes the real magic. The staff was so helpful I have never seen anywhere! They come up with a solution for us what we couldn't refuse and we had chance to upgrade our room to a beautiful Villa. I really recommend to everyone to choose a villa if you book to Chapung sebali resort. If you want to have a great time with your family or friends they have a 4 person villa with its own beautiful garden pool and outside facility. Surrounded with the beautiful nature, it is amazing. The staff was as professional as they should in a 5* resort even with European standards. At the evening they come and prepare your villa for the night time with small details and almost unrecognisably while you drink you night cocktail next to your beautiful and clean pool.... The other thing what I must mention is the restaurants the quality of the food was very high and the staff was professional as well. They have Indonesian and international menu as well both was top quality. The location was perfect as well if you want to walk around in Ubud they offer free shuttle bus to and from the city! Chapung sebali is a very recommended place to hideaway in the jungle at Bail. Ooo and if you visit this beautiful place don't miss the Blind pig and the amazing stuff / bartenders there with fantastic cocktails! Chapung sebali is not cheep but still the level of the service and surrounding you get is worth every penny! Professional staff, top quality restaurants, a place with a real style, quiet beautiful surrounding, great spa,... Over all the resort was fantastic and we spent beautiful time there!! Only small advice for the resort: The walkway was too dark at night difficult to see the steps on some places.
