  Don`t ruin your holidays here!!!

  On the picture it looked nice but everything really everything was dirty in that place. Not even the shower or toilets were clean, it was disgusting and we left after one night. We did not get our money back. So not only that these Villas are the worst regarding quality but they as well steel from you. We could not stand this place anymore so we preferred to lose money instead of ruining our holidays.

  Very noisy, dirty had to ask them to put clean sheets on the bed! Blood and some other dirt stains. No water pressure. Do not stay here! Very disappointing considering the price. I wanted to leave straight away and find somewhere else to stay.

  If you want to chill in your own villa with a beautiful refreshing pool, a private but spacious dining living area which opens onto the pool deck, delicious breakfasts cooked in your villa to your liking, clean air conditioned bedroom and bathroom, a calming tropical outdoor area with the most amazing, wonderful, happy, attentive staff in Bali then definitely stay here. There's a supermarket 200 metres away that sells everything, quirky little eateries within walking distance that are delightful. Basically if you can handle a bug or two (c'mon it's a tropical island there's going to be bugs and power outages) then book now.

  STAY AWAY!!!

  Based on all the positive comments and ratings, my boyfriend and I decided to book with CK luxury villa. We were initially put in villa #1, as soon as we walked in we noticed the Pool had a layer of dust and the kitchen and room itself was quite DUSTY. The noise from across the street (waterpark) was incredibly NOISY. We requested to switch to another villa. They agreed with no problems. We were told 10-15 mins, the new villa would be easy for us so we sat in the office and waited. And waited and WAITED for 1 whole hour where then we had to go ASK them if the other villa Oleg was ready. NO COMMUNICATION or follow up what so ever.Villa Oleg was slightly cleaner and definitely quieter. We were excited to finally be able to relax and enjoy the villa. Turns out.. The SHOWER PRESSURE WAS WEAK. Literally, droplets of boiling hot water came out. We called the front desk to inform them where they replied 'we are fixing it' and hung up. We weren't able to have a shower for both nights in villa Oleg. We eventually had to use a cup to fill it with hot boiling water and use some drinking water from the kitchen to wash up. Just BRUTAL. We went to the desk a number of times to ask about checkout times, costs of taxi/driver, etc. 85% of the time, the front desk was unattended. Also, The staff here knew LITTLE TO NO ENGLISH. The electricity also went out a few times throughout the night, resulting in no AC.Right before we left (we couldn't wait to get out of there), we found a cockroaches at the foot of the bed. Attached is a picture. We walked away and never looked back. We plan on NEVER staying at another CK luxury villa again. Do yourselves a favour and do not stay here!!

  A very nice place to stay, Nice People, good service and the villas are great and spacious. The private pool is just amazing.. A perfect way to relax after visiting jimbaran. A place to visit.. Don't hesitate.
